URI Graduation Celebration

We had a wonderful stay in Wakefield for our son’s graduation. The house was perfect, clean, comfortable and central to everything! We loved being able to walk into town every morning to Cafbar for our coffees. The hosts were excellent. I would definitely recommend this property. We had a lovely time.

Great – just as described

Probably my best vacation rental to date. Clean, beach chairs & umbrella, beach bag, umbrellas for rain, beach towels, snacks, and sodas. Host provided much more than I expected. A great experience. Plus the location is about 15 minutes away from everywhere I needed to go.

We had a wonderful time at the property. Great location near historic Wakefield center, close to supermarkets, drug store, numerous beaches, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean, well-stocked, had everything we needed. Two small comments - the trash barrels outside were full and overflowing from the last guest. Also, be aware, there are a few exterior stairs and no railing which could be difficult for an older guest.

Wonderful stay!

What an amazing home! Location was convenient to EVERYTHING! We visited the beaches, Providence, Newport and Narragansett during our 4 night stay. Block island is a quick ferry trip away, too! This is our third summer visiting Rhode Island and we would absolutely stay in this home again. The rooms were clean and comfortable as were the living areas. The kitchen had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was responsive and helpful and clearly takes pride in their rental. Thank you for everything!!!

Baby’s First Beach Trip

Great property for our grandson’s first trip to the beach!4 adults and a 6 month old - plenty of room for the pack and play in the third bedroom and space to relax. Plenty of great beaches close by, restaurants too! The AC was crucial as we were there for a major heatwave, we were very comfortable. Just sorry it was too hot to enjoy the patio space but we did squeeze in an evening stroll to Brickley’s ice cream, we do have our priorities! Highly recommend this property!

Great home in a great location

We loved our stay at this location. It was spacious and very clean. They had everything you could need for your home away from home. Simple amenities like extra toilet paper, trash bags, kitchenware, and towels were plentiful unlike some places where you get one extra roll of toilet paper and have to supply your own after that. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. I love that they make the keyless entry the last 4 digits of your phone number so you won’t forget it! Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and great location

Comfortable, clean, and plenty of room to be together on the first floor. Not far from Mystic, Narragansett, and Newport. Beds were comfortable. There were cute touches / an attention to detail that made you feel welcome and we felt at home right away. If you like to run/walk, there is a nice bike trail about a half mile away from the house through a cute town. Beautiful, safe area.

We had 11 friends coming to town for a reunion. Five stayed with us in our town and we booked this property in our town for the other 6. We checked it out in person before our friends arrived and we thrilled to see that it was as great and beautiful in person as it was online. Our friends were thrilled with it. They spent very little time in it since we were mostly gathering at our house, so we don’t have pictures to share. But under different circumstances, they would have been perfectly happy spending more time there. Easy walk to downtown Wakefield, restaurants, liquor stores, etc.

The home was amazing. Had a Lovely stay with my family. We had a minor little hiccup when we arrived. But Eugene fixed it as soon as he could. And made sure we were good through out our stay after. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated for a summer beach weekend getaway. They also add a lot of little details other host do not. They had body wash and shampoo.Beach bags, beach towels and umbrellas in case you do not bring your own. We definitely over packed. Loved the extra touches made choosing this home even more perfect. I definitely would come back.

Cute house - perfect for family getaway

The house is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants in the area. Though we spent most of our time in Newport, which is just about 30 mins from the house. The house is very cozy and obviously new renovated. I love all detailed decorations. We could see the owner's efforts in making the guests comfortable. Many family games, beach chairs/ coolers/ bags are provided. Plenty of utensils and cookwares that we could cook our meals at home. We are a family of 5. This house was perfect for us. Highly recommended!
