Perfect house for large familiesGreat location to beaches and a lovely walkDown to the town of Wakefield makes a perfect end or beginning to any day!!There is an amazing Bakery and ice cream and we were on the bike trail daily.Having Beach towels and chairs available for use was wonderful!!!!

A group of 21 of us enjoyed the week here for our annual family reunion. The house was a great set up for us and provided all that we needed. It is in a wonderful location with access to many fun activities. We hope to make a return trip for more wonderful memories!

Our family of 16 has been renting houses for Memorial Day weekend for many years. This house was one of the best. It was very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone, and all of our family members were happy with their space. The carriage house was a nice bonus - one of the teenagers was happy to sleep there. Parking was plentiful. There were lots of bathrooms and all were spotless. The dining room tables had room for all of us with plenty of seats. The owner was kind enough to let us check in early, which was great, as it turned out to be our only good weather day of the weekend! We had a great time and hope to return.

Perfect location!

Excellent spot to gather a large group and not feel like sardines. Plenty of everything and very comfortable - bonus game room lounge for the kids and everything you need within walking distance or 2 minute drive.

The house and amenities were amazing! As a large group of 16 we were able to sleep everyone comfortably and had enough space that we didn’t feel like we were crammed in. Robin was very communicative and on top of any questions leading up to and during the stay. I would highly suggest this property to any large group looking to stay together on a single property without breaking the bank.
