Welcome to your beachside getaway at Cassine Gardens in Seagrove Beach—a serene two-story end-unit townhome with two pools and just a four-minute walk from the pristine One Seagrove public beach and its neighboring sands. Perfect for families and beach enthusiasts alike, our home is nestled among a cypress grove and the tranquil backdrop of a state forest, offering not only peace and quiet but also easy access to Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Blue Mountain, Rosemary, Alys and Seacrest Beaches.

Cassine Living

Enjoy an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Cassine Gardens offers two swimming pools, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, a stocked lake perfect for fishing, a basketball hoop, and extensive nature trails for hiking and biking. Discounted bike rentals and complimentary beach equipment ensure you're equipped to explore the coastline or relax by the sea.

Home Comforts

Our townhome has been recently updated to elevate your comfort. Enjoy plush king and queen pillow-top beds, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TVs, chic new furniture, and fresh paint and decor. The layout includes:

A master suite with a king bed, private bath, and balcony.
A second bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk bed (double futon on bottom, single on top), and a balcony. A full bathroom right outside your door.
A spacious living room with a large sectional couch and secluded deck. A full kitchen. And a half bath on the main floor.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and flat-screen TVs, with a smart TV in the guest room for entertainment. An initial supply of essentials like shampoo, paper, and soap products are provided to start your stay off right.

Guests enjoy full access to all of Cassine Gardens' amenities. Explore the fitness trails, relax by the pools, play tennis or basketball, or fish in our private lake. Public beach accesses are just steps away, offering endless sand and surf.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the
reservation which includes:1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded as requested.

The perfect place to recharge

Highly recommend! The condo was super clean, tidy and beautiful. Easy walking to the beach or shops. It’s nested in a small community with friendly people and relaxing vibes. A huge perk is the guidance that Ashley provides before and during your stay. She has a fantastic guide to help with planning. It includes personal favorites and tips to ensure your stay is as stress free as possible. We look forward to booking another stay in the near future.

Spacious for family, prime location!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this property! It was very close to the beach. We loved the forest and trails right outside the back porch. Having the two full baths and half bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, and all the other amenities made it feel like home. We also enjoyed the pickleball/tennis courts and pool.

Perfect Location, Very Clean

Perfect location in a quiet area with very quick beach access. Property was very clean on arrival and felt very comfortable for our stay. Would be a great spot to bring your children (of all ages). The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely will be back again.

This family vacation was truly amazing and unforgettable! We made memories that will last a lifetime…look no further, this is a perfect place to stay! It was honestly the best experience and Ashley went above and beyond, she even helped me create an itinerary! :) the beach access was across the street and the condo was in an excellent location for accessing restaurants, shopping, etc. seriously look not further, this is your sign to rent this place!! The kiddos loved the pools, all the beach accessories, tennis court, feeding turtles and backyard hiking trail/ambiance!
