Better than expected!

Max and Tanya’s property was perfect for our family vacation to Naples! The house was clean and has everything we needed to feel like home. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe. We had an early morning flight arriving to Naples and an evening flight home. Max and Tanya were very accommodating and allowed us to check-in early and check out late. It was very much appreciated! We will definitely book this property again when we return to Naples!!

World Tennis Club Property Review

The property was bright, clean and well-maintained. The house is very functional and we made good use of the pool. With two small children, it was nice to be in a gated-community where we felt very safe. The location is ideal - very close to grocery stores, fast food, more elegant dining, the beach, a Chase branch, I-75, the zoo and more. We would certainly come back to this property and encourage others to do so as well.

FANTASTIC ABODE!

What a glorious time we had in Naples especially because we were lucky enough to snag this rental on VRBO. There were 5 of us and the layout of the 3 bedrooms afforded us the privacy we wanted. We enjoyed lounging by our own pool. We also enjoyed the camaraderie we experienced with many of the owners when we went to water aerobics at the community pool where we dined at the cafe.. Neighborhood is quiet & we enjoyed getting our exercise walking up & down Europa Drive. All the amenities of home are provided to you,. So happy we were that we already are booked for 2018! A great vacation !

Wonderful, spacious home in North Naples

My family (4 adults) spent the week of Christmas in this large, very clean and very well-maintained home inside the World Tennis Center community. It is better and nicer than advertised, very spacious and easily to live in. The owners (Max and Tanya) were very responsive to every question (though we had no problems at all), and gave detailed information in order to navigate every feature of the house. Old Naples restaurants are a 20 minute drive away, and other amenities (food shopping, etc.) within 2 miles. Everything around Naples easily accessible with a car. We used the house pool everyday- it was warm and inviting- and did not try out the community pool or tennis courts, though they looked very nice- we never wanted to leave our pool area!

Absolutely a fantastic property in a great location beautifully maintained by the owners.

This was my third year renting from Max & Tanya and i was so happy and relieved to be successfully booked for 2020.. Every year we alternate who gets the cabana with steps to the wonderful pool. But actually the pool is readily accessible from the entire house. Kitchen is beautifully updated with high end appliances & equipped with all the basics you would ever need. Nice private patio is great for your morning paper & coffee.. Master bedroom with nice king sized bed and 2 walk-in closets with a gorgeous bathroom with separate tub & walk-in shower & separate vanities is all anyone could ask for. AND you don't have to be a tennis player to enjoy the community amenities. Nice clubhouse and a pool where you can join the water aerobics & a nice cafe to grab your lunch. Location so convenient for shopping and basic fast food places and high end restaurants. In summary, I wish I were a professional writer so I could do justice to this wonderful vacation rental .!!!

Great Vacation Pick

My wife and I recently stayed at the property and enjoyed it thoroughly. In the past we had stayed at another place but had difficulty finding any openings to play tennis on a regular basis at convenient times, so this property- and its private pool- was a big draw for us. We had no trouble getting court times, and could relax at the pool later in the day. The gated community is not all tennis by any means, and not everyone plays. We used the community pool as well, and the grill restaurant is right there. I biked and ran on the quiet streets and my wife enjoyed her walks there. Also, the owners were quite meticulous in providing a guidebook with information on restaurants, sights, shopping, and local beaches-one secluded one in particular was close by and a real treat, even if the water was still a bit cold.The house itself is just as in the pictures in this VBRO website, and comes fully furnished and equipped. Also, the owners were very responsive, getting back to us immediately when any questions came up. Finally, the bedroom/bath suite off the interior courtyard, which we did not initially plan to use, came in very handy when friends decided to join us for a few days.

Perfect Stay

Our trip and stay at this wonderful property could not have been better. The property is even lovelier than pictured and was perfect for my family of four. Our son loved having his own private getaway in the separate room with bathroom off the pool area and the rest of us had room to spare. The house was well stocked, pristine and simply decorated and the owners were always quick to respond to any questions. The community is great and we used the gym, basketball court and biked around. It is also very conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Great Naples location!

Very easy communication, Max is prompt in responses! We loved that it was close to everything Naples. The small private courtyard is relaxing and small pool with fountain was perfect temperature, not too hot and not to cold, great for a nice little dip. Room for sitting in sun is available for 2 maybe 3 people, but the gated community pool is very nice with lots of room for lounging by the pool. The community pool area also has a hot tub and causal restaurant and bar. Overall we found it very clean and comfortable for a marvelous ladies week in Naples! Thank you Max & Tanya!! ~Barbara PS: Motion detector light at front door would be an ideal update; we would leave while it was still light out and not always remember to turn porch light switch on (it’s in main living area). We finally mastered it by the end of the week!

The room, kitchen and bedroom spaces were restfully decorated with comfortable,cozy bedding and mattresses. The enclosed lanai open to sunshine around the crystal clear pool with plants, outdoor dining and lounging furniture was spectacular for my family. We had a chef come into the kitchen for 2 nights and he found everything he needed. We all revived here. I took runs in the neighborhood and enjoyed the people and area. We used a couple of the ample suggestions the owners give for area beaches and etc and loved the information there- much like the suggestion you would receive in the morning from a b and b owner. Perfect management and property. In order for sure!!!!

We had a wonderful time in this very private home. The house was clean, well equipped and close to everything in Naples. We loved that we had our own pool or the larger community pool. The community was quiet and the weather was gorgeous. The owner was most helpful when we had an issue with the front door lock. The batteries died and the problem was solved within minutes. The only suggestion I would make is to put outside lights on a timer or motion detectors. When you come home after dark the front of the house is very dark.

If you are in for a beach-only vacation this may not be ideal for you: This well-kept property is in a appropriate gated community equally close/distant to really “everything” in the Naples area, plus groceries, basic & home improvement shopping in walking/biking proximity. Very quiet lot without planes overhead anytime, appropriately equipped and furnished for 5-6 incl. the flexibility/privacy of a separate den in a friendly and accessible neighborhood. Plunge pool only, no vistas/views whatsoever, no distinct or individual touch and maybe a little bit low on kitchen utensils vs. great privacy, all amenities, clean, contemporary, well kept, nice features like some bikes, great beach equipment or outdoor gas grill. Friendly & reliable landlord with active service attitude, i.e. would we come again: Yes indeed!

Excellent property; wonderful 3 week stay!

Very clean, well-maintained, well equipped house. The owner is very organized and attentive. The refrigerator malfunctioned early in our stay and the owner responded immediately and had his local agent take care of it right away. The gated neighborhood is well maintained, and the people are very friendly. The photos of the property are accurate. The only change I would suggest in the listing is to clarify that the Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom is a “Jacuzzi brand” soaker tub (i.e. not a jetted tub). We would definitely rent again.
