This CUTE & COZY condo is NEW to the market & ready for you!!

Walking in, you can't help but notice the large windows with AMAZING VIEWS overlooking the large pool and the Gulf of Mexico!
Some of the condo features include a renovated bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower (bath linens furnished), full size kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, coffee pot, etc., a breakfast bar with stools, plenty of counter space, a dining area, a queen size bed, pull out sofa bed (with a new 4.5-inch memory foam mattress), recliner, and a 58-inch smart T.V.

Top of the Gulf's amenities include a large pool, kiddie pool, snack bar area (seasonal), charcoal grills, sundeck w/lounge chairs, community outdoor showers, outdoor dining area, game room, fitness center, laundry rooms (with washer and dryers) a Gazebo with a swing, and a shuffleboard/cornhole court. EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A GREAT WORRY-FREE VACATION!!

We had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed. We only needed to message the host once and he responded promptly. Will definitely book again.

Long weekend stay

Enjoyed the location and condo was nice and clean. We now know we prefer a bigger bed for next trip. Might be queen but felt like a full size bed.

My husband, our 2 boys, and myself stayed 5 nights. The owner of the condo we stayed in was very responsive and always just a text away if needed. The condo was clean (mattresses weren't the most comfortable, but we didn't care bc we were in paradise and the place was clean), it had everything one may need (bring your own pizza pans), and everyone was very friendly. Most floors have a coin laundry facility that also have an app option if you so choose (floor 4 has a double load washer). The security is pretty tight at the front entrance, but we were ok with that (the security guards were all very friendly)! This condo does NOT have a hot tub!We went to so many different stores and shops, our favorites being Alvin's (the one right across the street from the condo) and Jaws & Moby Dick's 9.99 or less store (this place had beautiful dresses and a ton more for yes, only 9.99!)! Our favorite ice cream places were the one you can walk to right across the parking lot and down the street a bit is an amazing rolled ice cream place! If you can swing it, do not miss out on the jet ski dolphin tour with Ross and Alexander! It was such a blast! Make sure to visit the Pier and go down to the beach at night and catch the sand spiders! AKA tiny crabs! Be gentle and release them when finished. I could honesty go on forever about all the fun we had, but you should go experience it for yourself!
