We had the most wonderful girls’ weekend at this property! The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. Katrina was an exceptional host: responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!
This house is in a fantastic location—close to great restaurants, shops, and downtown Princeton. Katrina was an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and so easy to communicate with. We felt truly welcomed and would happily stay here again.
Clean and close to Princeton University and other attractions such as hiking and Revolutionary War history. We even made a day trip to the Statue of Liberty.

Princeton stay
We had a pleasant stay. The place was spotless and the amenities were adequate.
My friend and I enjoyed a very relaxing getaway weekend and enjoy the wonderful space and amenities. The location was excellent and the host communicated promptly and helpfully. Highly recommended!
Thank you for the stay at your lovely home. It was perfect for our long weekend of reuniting with old friends from our college days and enjoying the Princeton Graduate Student celebration on campus. The home was the perfect base for catching up with coffee & breakfast and an evening recap of the days events. There was ample parking, towels and pillows. I would definitely stay there again when I am in town. Thank you for being part of our special weekend.
My friends and I planned a night to spend together to celebrate Thanksgiving, and this property was perfect for what we were looking for. The area was so calm, and Katrina was very helpful in assisting us during our trip, and in the moments leading up to it!

We were extremely glad to host Kevin and his closest friends for their thanksgiving get together! He was so honest and upfront about their desire to host a gathering since our listing does not permit parties. I always appreciate an upfront, honest, and communicative guest! We would welcome you and your group back anytime, Kevin! Thanks for choosing to stay with us and for taking great care of our home!
Nice location, clean, functional. There was a problem checking in because VRBO did not send the lock code, so had to ask for it from the host late at night when we arrived at the train station, which was upsetting. We were able to make the one bathroom work for the four of us (two grandparents and two teen grandkids) with little problem. Convenient to the train station, which we used to get to NYC and Philadelphia. Also convenient to Princeton University and the downtown area. Katrina was very responsive to our needs.
Nice quiet neighborhood. Shares a wall with neighbors, but this was not an issue. Clean and nice appliances. Had to reach out to owner to get the arrival/entry details (would have been nice if information was sent automatically throughthe app) but they were very responsive pretty quickly. Walking distance to grocery stores. Would certainly stay here again.

Jerry was a great guest and we would gladly welcome them back anytime!
The apartment was very nice and it a great neighborhood, close to everything. The main problem we had was that the listing said it had two bathrooms but it only had one and we needed two but managed with one. So if you are looking for a two bathroom I wouldn't recommend it, other than that it was fine.

I am so sorry for that, looking back it was clearly listed as two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was intentionally in the listing title. The support team helped me to remove the accidental bathroom that was in the listing itself. The pictures only featured one bathroom, and nobody else had ever thought that it had two. I am sorry that nobody had caught it sooner. I am very sorry for this inconvenience to you!! I wish you the best!
A few things that need to be improved in the duplex home.
In the master bedroom, one light bulb is missing on one of the nightstands, and the master closet is cluttered with stuff.
The second bedroom needs to have the door left open to air out. My daughter didn't want to put her suitcase in it due to an old wood smell that she's not accustomed to.
One stove knob was not there, but was found in a drawer. I put it back in place.
Both bedrooms need to be elevated for VRBO. The location was good for us that is why we chose this place.
We give 4* because it is not perfect and a few thing are need to be improved then we could consider to stay again.
