Clean, comfortable beds. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We rented the house entirely for the fenced yard, which was large, privacy fenced, and drained well after a heavy rain. There were some areas with missing/loose boards that would be a problem for smaller dogs. We very much enjoyed our stay and our dogs enjoyed the yard!
Clean property, nice neighborhood! We didn’t have pets but they do have a great yard and good fence. Owners have put a lot of effort to make it nice. Comfortable living room with nice TV setup. Excellent master suite. Three nice beds in the house. Kitchen was well equipped, with a 12-cup coffee pot and coffee & filters in the cupboard. Everything necessary for a long stay if you cook. Nice patio in the back with big backyard. A few issues. The entry way was difficult for elderly to enter and exit. (High steps, no rail, light fixture wasn’t working) The fourth bedroom needs a bed - it has a tiny sofa that doesn’t work for an adult. Two other rooms could use chairs and dressers. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.
We mostly used the place to sleep, but it was perfect for what we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a homey feel. I especially loved the den/game room — a fun bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The location was super convenient and easy to access. The host was also fantastic — very friendly and quick to respond through the app. Communication was smooth, and it really added to the overall positive experience. Would definitely stay here again!
Host is very attentive and answered all of my questions. The house is great for families and is pet friendly for small pets. The beds were comfortable with nice furnishings. Kitchen worked great to prepare easy meals for our group. House is very clean and updated. The house is laid out nicely so adults can have their space in the living room and kids can have their space in the den. It has a huge fenced backyard and great patio furniture with a grill. The house was also located close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay!
We came in for a conference. The house was a great escape from the activities. The location is an easy access to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. The furniture is very comfortable especially the beds. The backyard is enormous. Everything is very clean. I would stay here again.
I would like to preface my review by saying that we did receive a partial refund from the owners. This review is meant to bring awareness & people deserve to know what they could possibly be walking into. We hope the issues have been addressed. We're a family of 51 pup. We assumed the yard was on a pest control schedule, as it is advertised as a pet friendly home. While in the backyard, our one yr old pup was covered in fleas. We had to give him a bath w/flea & tick shampoo & treat w/Advantus. We paid to have our dog groomed before our trip & didn't expect to have to spend additional time & money correcting an issue that only started once we got there. Our dog had to be walked on a leash up/down the street to eliminate the threat of fleas. Which defeated the purpose of paying a hefty price for a home with the convenience & space a backyard offers. Our eldest was going to sleep in the den, however, quickly realized the massive dent in the couch, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The home was picked up, not clean. We experienced visible hair, dust, stained linens, dead/alive spiders, & roaches throughout the home. The house should look staged it's so clean. The home struggled to cool. The air felt damp, which was accompanied by a smell. After back & forth communication, we ultimately decided to check out a day early. The owners were quick to respond, however, problem solving is not how we pictured spending our weekend.
