NEW to VRBO-Large 4BDRM Family/Pet Friendly!
Nestled in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, this large 4 bedroom 3 bath home with patio and large yard is the perfect retreat! Just over 2000sq ft. this home is very spacious and the perfect place for the whole family to get together and enjoy. Located near I-90 thruway, RIT, UofR, Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester Airport, and great local amenities.
Pets welcome if approved - $25/night/pet. Please enquire.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome w/ prior approval; I kindly ask that they please stay off of the furniture.
Please note my pet fee is $25/night/pet and will be requested about a week before your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
