This is such a great property with a great location. Directly across the street from Coligny, ocean front with a great view of the water and pool area. Highly recommended and am already looking at the calendar to come back!

Overall good visit. The condo could use some minor cosmetic updates such as nicer bed linens, updating of the bathroom and cleaning of cobwebs in the corners, mirror in the living space was dirty, cleaning of furniture and the balcony floor needs to be cleaned and or updated. The condo is close to shops and restaurants which is nice. The view was the best part and not too long of a walk to the beach.

The unit was absolutely a “10”! Cleanliness, bed comfort, decor, all appliances operational and well maintained. The set up of the kitchen was remarkable, every item you would need was available and there was guidance throughout to assist in locating what you were looking for. The decor was beautiful, just like the pics on the website, communication with the owner was practically immediate AND……then there was the VIEW! No words can describe….sunrises, sunsets, shrimp boats, dolphins…….The Breakers is perfectly located so you have a quiet, secure building unit but yet close to the action of Coligny if i you if you choose. We enjoyed dinners in and out. It was a perfect location. Enjoy!! Thank you Susan for making our trip wonderful!

Wonderful trip. This Condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Just the right amount of space and the balcony was our favorite spot. Morning coffee, breakfast and after dinners. Very convenient location and just steps from the beach where they had very reasonable umbrellas and chairs for daily rentals. We’ll be back!

Great place. Just a few things needed extra cleaning. The floors. And a few hairs were found in the bathroom and in the kitchen refrigerator. Also the toilet paper holder was in the way when taking showers. Would be nice to have one on the sink wall maybe. The washer and dryer was nice to have too while we were there. Would I return….of course!

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The traffic in the area is a little crazy, but once you get to the condo it's perfect. Quaint, neat, clean, great view and easy access to the pool and beach!We had everything we needed right there. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts.
