Enjoy awe-inspiringly wild views of cliffs and tall trees through the walls of windows including bay windows from the king, queen and inspirational writers desk. This dream getaway is perfect as a quiet personal or romantic retreat.

Heaven on Earth Retreat is located the end of a paved road next to 10,000 acres of beautiful parklands with a world class trail system just outside the door that leads to the retreat's pond, then nearby creek along the cliffs through forest and meadow canyons with caves and mini mountains to climb.

Located in the heart of the gorgeous Granite Dells, this quiet, private, spectacular Cave Castle is built of flagstone, love and towering naturally-colorful granite cliffs, creating a light, cave-like interior with spectacular panoramic views that can be enjoyed from every room and the flat rooftop too.

The Cave Castle also includes enjoyment of the flagstone patio-rimmed, shared, seasonal Solarium-Covered Pool just over the foot bridge between the lawn and pond, plus, the beautiful Clifftop Geodesic Dome above, ideal for yoga, meditation and relaxation.

This end-of-the-road location is a 3 minute drive to amazing Lake Magnificent (Watson Lake), 5 minutes to Prescott Airport (flights to LAX and DEN) and only 10 minutes to Prescott's charming downtown square.

This serene retreat is smoke free, pet free and drug-free. All of these amazing photos were taken on the premises. EV charging is available upon request at $30 for charges between 1 and 24 hours.

Guests enjoy exploring the area by hiking the many surrounding trails and exploring some of Prescott's seven beautiful lakes. New Years Eve overnite stay.

We had a great overnite visit and wish we could have relaxed a couple more days there to explore the surrounding hiking trails. The home was nice and accommodations were very good.I would recommend this place to friends and family if they ever wanted to visit the Prescott area.

The rocks inside and outside the home are beyond amazing! Absolute beauty! The Jacuzzi was great, although it would have been ideal if it would have just one step or two to get in and out. The next time we come, we will stay more than one night. From the courtesy guitar and piano to the quiet and private surroundings, It was totally worth the stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very unique property. Lots of decks and the rock was amazing. The kitchen was stocked well and everything was super clean. The advertised pool was disappointing and the jacuzzi was not for the guests. The advertised 2 bedrooms was also disappointing. One was a futon that was not comfortable and only curtains that separated the 2 beds. It was not 2 bedrooms. It would be amazing if it was just 2 people. A beautiful spa tub and the shower was spectacular. We would stay again but not with another couple.

Great spot to visit Prescott

Nice place to stay while visiting the area. We were there off season so the outdoor/lifestyle amentities were not available. The home was comfortable. Both sleeping areas are in an open loft on the second floor. The immediate area, Granite Dells, is beautiful and truly unique and worth a visit on it's own natural merits. The way the house is built into the granite face is worth a visit on it's own as well.

Had an amazing time. Truly is Heaven on Earth. The environment is so peaceful. Definitely an experience you have to try. I loved the pool and the buffing! The Cave Cavern is where we stayed. The Granite Dells were a beautiful addition to the home. Absolutely incredible. Must go to experience it yourself. We will be back!

AMAZING!

Everything you could hope for! Being able to walk/hike right out the door a plus, LOVE the huge windows at the bathroom sinks. And if you need to see your beautiful self there are mirrors that come out from the sides, but looking at the scenery was so great. Peaceful. Kitchen VERY well equipped. We are also VRBO owners so we are looking at all the details! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we come back to the area. Thanks for everything!

Nice property but pool and hot tub were not clean and available for guests. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and property owner did not respond for an entire day and by that point we were checking out.

Relaxing Oasis!

We loved our stay at the Cave Castle in the Granite Dells! What an amazing location!! So relaxing and peaceful! The property backs up to wonderful hiking trails and amazing rock formations. There are lovely patios on EVERY side of this property allowing you to access sun, shade, wind, or no wind - whatever you want! We had fun playing board games with our 17 year old son, I love that there is no TV!! So relaxing! The sleeping accommodations are up stairs and open with no walls but there are privacy curtains... which was fine, just be ready for that. Happy and Free are so friendly but also give you your space. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here if it's available!

We stayed over 4th of July week and knew it would be hot but dry the Property has only a window unit for AC. that by no means can cool the space. It was very hard to fall asleep being very hot even though it cooled off very late at night & early Morning

Too many rules

This place would be perfect for someone who wants to be cooped inside of a tiny place packed into a very tight neighborhood with neighbors able to see your every move. It was described as a serene quiet place and the pictures make it seem like an oasis but it felt like quite a compacted, and claustrophobic. It didn’t feel very private. The host are restrictive with the rules and expectations. This was my first time ever renting a Vrbo so I didn’t know truly what to expect but I felt these guidelines should have been listed on the advertisement. I didn’t ask for anything in return, and left there approximately 10 minutes upon arrival. The host has not bothered to respond to my message regarding my decision to no longer stay in the property. Maybe my next attempt at renting through this app will be a better experience. I’ve definitely learned what to look for now.

Yoga Along the Trail is another favorite adventure the leads from the Wildly Spectacular Cave Castle through the meadow and forest to a creek, pond, cave and optionally up a mountaintop while enjoying various yoga poses, birds, flora, fauna and nature's beauty.

Perhaps you would like to master the art of relaxation, doing as little as possible. The hammocks and lounges scattered throughout the patios, decks and lawns are your favorite places.

Book a deeply relaxing massage in advance to enhance your rejuvenation.

We enjoy swimming the lakes and running the trails, performing, and co-creating scrumptious recipes for our little fiestas.

When not hosting guests, Happy and Free love to travel together in recent years, often in our creational vehicle (little RV) both nationally and internationally. We have traveled to about 35 countries, and feel we are just getting started.

Free is the author of several books including the Sovereign's Handbook series while Happy is the author of Uncivilized Ecstasies, New Zealand's best-selling adventure poetry book, and Bliss Conscious Communication, the first in its field. Both Happy and Free enjoy writing songs, playing music and engaging in creative art projects.
