Our SMOKE-FREE SPACIOUS UNIT (over 1000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living) is situated in the newest building of the resort. It is bright, modern, comfortable, and the unit is very well equipped. The furniture and interior decor is very tasteful, classy, high end, with a touch of Island Flair, and everything is brand new and fully renovated . The condo is a one bedroom, with a King Size comfortable mattress, a 32' Toshiba Flat Screen TV and Blue Ray DVD. The master bathroom contains a full rain shower with bench, and double sinks. There is a small cozy private lanai off the bedroom. The living room has 2 very comfortable lounge chairs to curl up in, a Queen Sleeper pull-out couch with comfortable mattress, and a lovely wood coffee table. On top of a Tuscan media console is a 52' Aquios Flat Screen Smart TV, a Blue Ray DVD, and inside a stereo system. There is a beautiful Flip Top Secretary desk for your computer, along with Free High Speed Password Protected Wireless Internet. The dining area has a fabulous round driftwood base glass table with comfortable Island chairs. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with absolutely everything you need, along with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, magic bullet and blender. The second bathroom includes a shower. There are blow dryers in both bathrooms, with magnifying light-up cosmetic mirrors. The condo includes built-in quiet air conditioning, one in the master bedroom and an additional unit in the living room area. There are also two ceiling fans, and floor fans available for those who do not require A/C. The living room lanai looks out to the beautiful colourful grounds, and it is very quiet and private with only 20 steps to the Oasis Pool and sand bottom Hot Tub. The pool area includes a cabana, vending machines, kitchen, barbecue area and clean restroom areas. From the back lanai it is only a few steps to the new Tennis courts and an additional private Barbecue area. We have provided, for your convenience, Free Long Distance calling to anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Washer/Dryer included in unit. You will find our unit to be very calming and exceptionally clean. The unit is in the newest building of the Maui Kamaole Resort and it is very quiet, not near any roads.

MAUI KAMAOLE INFORMATION:
Maui Kamaole Resort is Kihei's newer first class property. It is located in South Kihei, on the border of Wailea's beautiful resorts, shopping, restaurants, golf and beaches. Our condo is across from the popular Kamaole III Beach, Park, and Kamaole I & II beaches are about a 5 minute beach walk. The Dolphin Center and Rainbow Mall shopping centres are across the street and near Kam 1, Kam 2, Kam 3 which include places to grab a cofffee/latte, and besides shopping and other services, there are also an assortment of eat in or take out foods to choose from. All three Kamaole Beaches are breathtaking, with excellent swimming and snorkeling; life guards on duty. If you love scuba diving the Kihei Boat ramp is directly across the street.The three Kamaole beaches are numbered from north to south.


The complex is a low-rise and low-density with extensive lawns and tropical landscaping in its dramatic hillside setting. Amenities at Maui Kamaole include tennis courts, two swimming pools, hot tubs, and gas barbecue areas.
