This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath has room for everyone to congregate together and have your own space! Bring your family and friends to enjoy the sunrises each morning overlooking the beautiful East End Bridge. There are lots of games for the kids and Pickleball across the street with a reservation. Close to Downtown Jeffersonville which is 15 minutes to get to has lots of restaurants to eat at and you can walk the Big Four Bridge. You are also15 minutes from downtown Louisville which gives you access to ballgames at Louisville Slugger Field or the Muhammed Ali museum. Churchill Downs is also an option for the ones that love horses!! Don't miss your opportunity to gather with family and friends to make memories from the RiverHouse!

Wonderful weekend on the river!

Wow! This home and property blew us away! It is absolutely beautiful! The house was very clean and had all the essentials we needed for the weekend. The homeowners are wonderful people and really made us feel welcome! We loved every minute of our stay!

The house is very nice, it’s lay out is very spacious, I liked the two bedrooms on the top floor, with its own large living room, there were plenty of bathrooms for 6 adults as well. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the evenings and I enjoyed the sunrise over the river all three mornings with a cup of coffee… host was very accommodating and friendly, due to schedule we did not have the opportunity to meet them in person. Very quiet stretch of road, we were 25 minutes to the expo center for our conference. Well worth the extra 10 minute drive if you enjoy the quiet easy life and spending quality time with family and friends… only draw back maybe if you have kids the property is river front… not much room to roam… but don’t rule out the place till you message the owners… everyone in our group would and will stay here again! Place was spotless for cleanliness!

A Great Place!

This place was great! Since most of us in the family enjoy fishing, this place was awesome! We could fish whenever and didn't have to worry about driving around to find a spot, it was in the backyard. The inside of the home was amazing and modern. The only negative isn't about the place or owners, it is the river. It seems like everyday around noon, hundreds of logs come down the river making fishing a pain because of snags on the logs. We did catch a lot of catfish.The owners were great! Maureen came to do a meet and greet and gave helpful insights of what to do for entertainment around the city. Her husband as well was great. He did an amazing job remodeling the home. If we decide to come back to the area, this is the spot we'll stay again! Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

I am Maureen and my husband. Dayrl are both From Louisville, Kentucky. We moved over here to Jeffersonville three years ago to enjoy the views of the river. We built another house across the street which has a Pickleball court and we love to have people enjoy it by gathering together to play.!

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because it is right across the river from Captains quarters, which is a great place to eat, and we have such good views of the water and the sunrises each morning! We feel like we are in Mayberry because it is so calm and serene here! There is an elevator for your ease of climbing steps.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because we have so much space and three docks in the water to enjoy your personal boat or JetSki. You also have access to a Pickleball court across the street with a reservation.
