Breathtaking top floor Oceanfront Condo many upgrades

A302 is a beautiful, newly renovated penthouse condo with gorgeous ocean views. Located on the top floor of the A building, nothing stands between you and beautiful ocean and sunset views. Recent renovations provide you with all new carpeting, tile, and granite counter tops throughout with elegant touches of tropical decor.

The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area where you can relax and watch a movie on your flat screen television or enjoy the stunning ocean views right from your couch. The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television, and an attached full bath with a large tub to soak in after a long day at the beach. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the unit for ultimate privacy. It is equipped with two twin size beds (that may be converted into a king upon request at time of booking), a television as well and its own private bathroom with a large shower. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevators).

*Guests of A302 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani Golf Course which entitles all registered guests staying in this unit to receive a 30% discount to any green fee during your stay. Guests can make tee times up to 60 days in advance using a special promo code (provided to you at time of booking). The Mauna Lani North & South Courses are among the world's best resort courses with 36 holes of spectacular oceanfront golf. This membership is valid through 3/19/27 and must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.

**Guests staying at Mauna Lani Terrace A302 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Additional classes, such as beach yoga, may also be available for an additional fee. The current membership is valid through 3/19/27 and must be renewed annually by the property owner. Membership may be discontinued without notice.

Perfect!

This is my second stay at the Mauni Lani resort & it does not disappoint. A large property with beautiful grounds, great for walking. September is a great month to visit, kids are back in school, so it is quiet & relaxing...

nice summer stay

overall a nice stay, great view and nice apartment; the down side is that the cooking range was not operating for two days, contacted the managers for some partial refund, never got any response.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. The cooktop issue has been resolved and just needed to be reset at the breaker box. Guest were offered a counter cooktop while waiting for an electrician but refused the item.

The location of this property is immaculate. We have visited Big Island many times, this time is the best of all albeit short. We would love to go back again for a longer duration.
