We had a great stay! The check-in process was super easy, and the location was perfect for a quick girls trip. The condo was nice, clean, and so cute—with great amenities that made everything comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful condo. It was clean and the beds were fairly comfortable. The view was fantastic and the building amenities kept my son and his friend entertained. The condo had many of the necessities for a long stay but was missing some basic items. Little things like salt and pepper should be provided. Probably the thing we missed most was just a simple oven mit for taking things out of the oven. We had to improvise with the one kitchen towel that was provided. The balcony had some nice comfortable furniture for sitting outside and watching the ocean. One of the outside chairs was broken and should be replaced or thrown away. Overall the stay was very good but with just a few additional things, it could have been great. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Wanted you to be aware of the cleaning and maintenance issues. Upon checking in the sliding glass door was broke. I am sending pictures over of some things. 1. Master bedroom frame was filthy, none of beds in Condo have Bed bug protectors on them. 2. Master king bed was very uncomfortable 3. Out door furniture was not cleaned or organized and the cushions were filthy and there is a rust piece on porch that belongs to a chair? 4. All furniture including kitchen chairs are filthy 5. All base boards are dirty and the Condo in general needs a Deep clean 6. Master bedroom hallvlight was full of bugs 7. Master bedroom floor had pubic hair and hair in general all over floors 8. The condo advertised high end linen etc/we brought our own 9. All pillows on living furniture stained 10. Washer upon arrival didn't work & we needed to wash beach towels still wasn't working on departure 11. Volume didn't work on master bedroom tv 12. 2 bedrooms in hall there was thick dust on top of head board 13. There was no wifi for over half of our stay. I would think at least giving us our cleaning fee the Condo was behind filthy/at this point the Owner won't allow an email to send pictures and or respond

Good location, older condo in an older building. Nice views.Not what we would consider a “luxury” rental.It was appreciated that the condo/property had most of what is needed for a family including building security.Could use some TLC in regards to minor repairs, painting, water damage.Primary bathroom definitely needs repair work. Balcony would be nicer if some chairs were not broken.
