This place was amazing, the views morning and night were breathtaking. Cozy clean cabin with lots of wildlife hanging out. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed the fireplace. The best sunrises I've seen ever shining on Pikes peak. There's a lot all around the area as well.

A little piece of heaven

Everything about our stay was amazing! The views are absolutely beautiful and the cabin is cozy. This was the first place we ever stayed that was beyond stocked with cooking supplies. Super dog friendly. We have recommended this place to friends of ours and will definitely be back.

This sweet little cabin is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway!!! No detail is overlooked and we had a spectacular time with our fur babies, leaving rested and rejuvenated with beautiful mountain views and a perfectly placed hot tub overlooking all the splendor! We all loved the wood burning fireplace! So cozy!! The directions and correspondences with the owners were all wonderful and efficient. Great secluded home perfect for a couple or small family. Cabin was well stocked and felt like home. Hot tub was very enjoyable with a great view. We had everything we needed and more. The wood burning stove was also a nice touch on the cooler days. Internet worked great and made it easy to research area attractions since phone service was very limited. Bed was comfortable and living room had several cozy blankets and pillows. Overall a great place to stay.

We've stayed in the area before and specifically picked this property because of the view and the hot tub (and the view from the hot tub). We were not disappointed. We had four adults, myself and 3 adult women. It was perfectly sized for our group, enough room to where no one was getting in each other's way but still cozy and comfortable. Better still, everything works. Quiet, very quiet, I think we heard a vehicle nearby one time. No crazy check-in requirements, no outrageous check-out requirements. We loved it and were sad to leave. We were in this location during an incredible heat wave but at this altitude we were never uncomfortable and, when we did go out and about, by the time we got back late afternoon or evening it was cool, even jacket weather in the evening.Finding the place was rather easy, if you use Google Maps you can download an offline map of the area in case you lose service, we did not but did the offline just in case. We enjoyed every second of our stay and plan on coming back.

Thank you for the kind words about our cabin’s view and hot tub! I’m so glad the space felt just right and check-in/out was seamless. It’s great that the altitude kept things comfortable during the heat wave. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Great host

This property is beautiful - great views and the house is adorable. There was a water issue identified right before we were to leave. Marlena communicated quickly and did everything that she could to get it fixed. She was able to get it fixed and we were thrilled when we arrived. I would highly recommend this quaint and adorable get away.

Hidden Gem

I hate to leave a good review and have other people steal my new favorite place! This is truly a hidden gem outside of Colorado Springs. We arrived just after a spring snow storm but the roads were clear for us and we were prepared thanks to great communication! Once we got settled in, we were in heaven from exploring the grounds, to relaxing in the hot tub and taking in the views. We enjoyed the wild life and peace and quiet after long days of exploring. At night we loved building a fire in the fireplace and relaxing in the hot tub. This cozy cabin offers a great location for exploring Colorado Springs, Cañon City, Royal Gorge, Breckenridge, Denver and so much more! We have stayed in many rentals and this has to be in our top 5…the views are amazing, communication was excellent and the house had all the essentials for stay! I can’t say enough good things about this cabin!!
