Perfect home!

This house was hands down the most well stocked vacation rental that I have ever booked. It was very clean, the host was extremely responsive, and we had zero issues checking in or out. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean property. Comfortable. Great amenities. Property management helpful,easy to reach. Close to beach access-not ocean or beach front. Walk to beach is less than a mile. There is a free parking lot at the beach access point however there are only about 20 spots-first come first serve. Ice cream shop in walking distance. Taco place in walking distance. Both delicious. Only con-we went first week of April and the spring breakers were hot and heavy. Local law enforcement seems engaged in keep the noise ordinance laws enforced however there were large groups of teens partying in the surrounding properties.

The house is clean and was a great size for 3 families! Really enjoyed having the golf cart and bikes and the location is nice with restaurants and ice cream close by and it's also close to seaside. Beach access is pretty crowded, the actual public beach is very small so it was sometimes difficult to get a good spot and felt over crowded but other than that we had a really great time! Host was super helpful and responsive
