Comfortable Cabin in the Woods. Perfect for Fishing, Hunting or Skiing!

Located in the heart of the Manistee National Forest. Great location for hunters, fishermen and snow activities! Within walking distance of the Little Manistee River. Also within walking distance of DNR State land for bow hunting season and rifle hunting season for whitetail deer. Several great fishing lakes and rivers only minutes away, including Tippy Dam. Going skiing? Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Peaks are just a short drive away. Cozy up to a warm fire in the large field stone fireplace after a day of skiing or snowmobiling. This cabin home is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, additional Murphy bed in the sun room, sleeps 6, (all beds are full size) has a washer and dryer and 1 bath and propane furnace. This quiet, clean and comfortable cabin is over 50 years old and located on a dead end gravel road, among trees and woods. Being semi-secluded in the forest, wild life abounds: birds, squirrels, spiders, insects, small crafty critters like mice and chipmunks can be found. If you are opposed to nature’s creatures, this cabin may not be right for you. It is 4.5 miles from Irons and is available fall-winter-spring.

Cabin is close to downtown Irons. Cabin is also very clean and cozy. Loved the kitchen and sitting area in the kitchen and living room.The firepit is easy to access and there is fire wood available for a small fee.
