There were a couple properties on the premises, and VRBO wasn't clear as to which was ours, but a quick call to the host resolved the issue. The view is beautiful and the apartment is decently spacious. Also quick access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the many waterfowl on the bay and view of sea lions relaxing on the spit.

Great location, beautiful views, roomy “old apartment” feel. The second bath seems like a converted closet and more like we experienced in Europe. The low ceiling caused by air duct installation could be a problem for anyone over 6’ 1”, but my 6’3” hubby managed it fine and only hit his head once. Furnishings and appliances were adequate. We would rent again.

When we arrived. We were directed to some stairs, very poor condition holes in the wood portion and we were on the bottom level carrying down all of our supplies and suitcases for the week no directions on how to get there easier. Inside bed against the wall. one person had to climb in, lamp available bet no outlet, directions when leaving we must wash and dry towels. I did not come on a trip to do laundry would not recommend this place.

A beautiful location, walk about 20 steps down and you’re on the beach. Big place with dining area, kitchen, big living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can tell that a lot of remodeling has been done. The building is an older building but beds, sofas, towels etc. we’re good.. Some appliances show wear but all were fully functional. No mechanical air conditioning but just open the windows and you have the best kind of air conditioning …the ocean.If you like beach combing, so many places to go both up and down from Netarts for lots of ocean fun and places to eat. The Oregon Scenic Coast railroad is fun trip!

The location and view were phenomenal! Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The unit was very clean and the main living area was updated and had everything necessary for a vacation. The bedrooms are simple and a little outdated, however, the bed's were very comfortable and the price was fantastic. Would stay their again.

This special property has been cherished by the DeRieux family for decades and is filled with generations of be treasured memories, including the years they raised their children here. The building is truly unique, featuring five separate living quarters that create a warm and welcoming setting for guests. Two of the condos are available as vacation rentals, inviting visitors to experience a meaningful part of the DeRieux family’s Oregon Coast legacy while creating lasting memories of their own.
