The private "boat house" is a centrally located, stylish 2 story, 1 bedroom/2 bath with a chefs kitchen and free street parking.
This small house is appointed well with focus on the kitchen and dining island on the ground floor. A convertible sofa bed, half bathroom and laundry facility also make the ground floor very convenient. Upstairs you will find a good sized queen bedroom with closet and a full bathroom with claw tub.
This location is amazing in the heart of Monte Vista, a desirable, family friendly neighborhood with great walkability to some of the best dining in San Antonio.
Local favorites include La Fonda, Barbaro, Capparelli's and Vegan Ave., to name just a few.
