We were so impressed with this property! The location, accessibility, amenities, and cleanliness was perfect! We will definitely be revisiting. We loved how updated the Vrbo felt and how easy it was to walk to the beach. Being on the southern portion of the island was also nicer. It was quieter and very serene. This place is perfect!

It was the perfect location for the beach. An easy walk to the beach every single night in perfect location near restaurants and nightlife. The house was clean the property manager, easy to talk to and after a long day at the beach, the hot tub and the pool was the cherry on top.

We had a great 4 days and enjoyed the house and pool very much. It was clean and well maintained. The host Amanda was excellent to work with. The property is located a short walk to the beach and the sunsets were amazing each night. Only thing we wish was available was a blender (I know kind of picky). We recommend this property and look forward to returning again. My wife is already planning a trip with some of her friends.

We had a great stay. The spa and pool are beautiful and the outdoor space is great for relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the space was great for 2 adults and 2 teens but could have easily slept 2 more. Great location to Bradenton beach…just a couple of easy blocks. The beach is really nice and the house has everything you need - wagon, chairs, umbrella and sand toys. Also very close to the free trolley stop. I hope to come back to AMI in the future and would definitely stay here again.

Cute home! Bed was comfortable. Pool was amazing. Went for a girl's trip and it had everything we needed. Host was responsive and when we messaged her to let her know the coffee pot wasn't working she had a new one dropped off the same day. Would definitely return!

Let me first emphasize. I would rent this place again. When we first arrived, there is a very large building next-door with a very large group that had their music blasting all day. We arrived on a Sunday so we had to contact the management company. They were very helpful at first. Again we arrived on Sunday so that was the last communication. The kitchen sink leak along with the second bath. We were told they were going to send maintenance the next day and no one ever came and we had no communication going forward. Other than that the property is great.

Hello! We apologized for the neighbors and called the police department and had them address asap. We do not manage that property so had no control of those guest but it was handled within the hour. Also maintenance was sent for the dripping sinks and left the cabinets open so you would know he was there. He sent photos to management to show the leaking had stopped. There was a loose hose between the disposal and dishwasher and then the bathroom sink needed to be tightened from underneath. Unfortunately I’m sorry you were not aware that it was all address. I see communication in the thread about both of these situations. This property is amazing and the situations you described are not everyday occurrences. The review maybe a little unjust but we appreciate your feedback

Great location for IMG. Sunsets on the beach are great of course. Beds were comfortable. Everything you need for a home away from home. I couldn’t figure out the heated whirlpool, so they was my only negative. But it was definitely a great spot to relax.

I was bitten by an insect the first day I used the pool so I didn’t use it thereafter but not a problem as the beach was so close.
