Thank you for your review. We always do our best to accommodate late checkout requests whenever possible. However, to properly coordinate turnover operations and support our housekeeping team, we require advance notice for these requests, ideally at least 24 hours In this case, the request was received just minutes before the scheduled checkout time, at which point our cleaning team was already en route and nearly at the property. When we advised that we would look into the request, we placed a call to confirm whether there was any flexibility in the cleaners' schedule despite the short notice. Unfortunately, because they were already arriving and had other cleans scheduled afterward, they were unable to adjust their schedule at that late stage Although we communicated that we were unable to accommodate a late checkout, the guest ultimately departed approximately one hour after the scheduled checkout time, requiring our housekeeping team to wait before beginning their work. While we understand that departure mornings can sometimes be hectic, particularly for families traveling with children, we strive to balance guest requests with the schedules of our housekeeping staff and operational needs.
