Lazy Bear Cabin, new home in the Wapiti Valley
Welcome to Lazy Bear Cabin! This newly built home is ideally located between the historic town of Cody, Wyoming and the East entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The cabin features mountain modern décor and furnishings throughout the home, which compliment the majestic vistas outside. Enjoy the comforts of home with new appliances and all modern amenities. Take in views of the Northfork Valley, Jim Mountain, Ptarmigan Mountain and Buffalo Bill Reservoir. In the Wapiti area you can enjoy fishing, hiking, biking, kayaking, boating, skiing, horseback riding and animal watching. Deer, elk, eagles, songbirds, rabbits, and other wildlife are frequent visitors to the area. You may even see a buffalo in the Wapiti Valley!
Walking into the cabin, you'll be greeted by an open dining room and kitchen space. The dining table is a great place to gather as a group with incredible views of the mountains. The kitchen is carefully designed to make preparing meals a pleasure. The kitchen island has additional seating. The living room, located past the kitchen, has comfortable seating and a queen size sofa sleeper for additional guests. The gas fireplace creates a cozy ambiance and a smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows. Vaulted ceilings give the cabin a spacious feeling and abundant views. The main level bedroom features a queen bed and closet for clothing storage. The main level bathroom has a combo tub/shower and natural light. A washer and dryer on the main level add to the convenience of your stay. Upstairs, the loft bedroom features a king size bed and attached bathroom. The upper level bathroom has a step in shower. This upper level of the home is comfortable with a ceiling fan. Central heating and air conditioning in the home make your stay comfortable no matter what the weather is doing.
Outdoors, the back patio off of the living room has a gas BBQ for easy outdoor meals. A dining table and extra seating are a great spot for al fresco meals. The front porch has comfortable rocking chairs and is the perfect place to read a good book and experience the serene landscape.
