Great place to stay between Yellowstone East entrance and Cody. The property is as described in the listing. My only regret is not meeting Ray. From looking at the guest book, he seems to be quite the nice person. Sadly he was out of town during our visit. I would definitely stay there again. Very peaceful sitting on the back patio enjoying the view.

As a frequent traveler to VRBO's, hotels, resorts etc. I have to say this home is a definite 5 Start home. There is absolutely nothing that you could need and/or want that has not already been stocked in the house. The fenced in yard was perfect for the pups who loved to sit outside in the evening, run around the yard, and enjoy the surroundings. Ray and his wife are amazing. They have gone above & beyond to make you feel at home so that you can enjoy the time there with friends and family to the fullest. The decor allows you to realize that you are in the middle of Wyoming. The views from the front and rear decks are amazing. The clear skies at night with all the stars really allow you to destress from the busy lives we all lead.Ray one evening let us know that the Elk heard was down the road in the field grazing so that we could enjoy the wildlife. With the home being within 30 minutes of Yellowstone east entrance while traveling through the Shoshone National Forest is just an added bonus.Thank you, Ray & Colleen, for having such a wonderful place for people to stay (especially when traveling with pups) to really enjoy an experience in Wyoming.

Absolutely loved this property!! Beautiful, extremely clean cabin in a breathtaking setting! Owner was very kind and gave us great tips. Even saw a grizzly with his suggested spot to check! Only regret was that we didn't take advantage of Ray's horseback rides. Would definitely stay here again!
