Cute Unit with a Yard!!!
Private unit with a yard attached to a single family home in Olde Carlsbad close to all with high speed internet. Down the block is a walking path, park and a few blocks down in a private Lagoon Beach SUP, swimming, sunbathing, etc. Remodeled with plank flooring, newer triple pane windows, designer paint, french doors, stainless steel and granite kitchen, small walk in closet, large tub and shower with rain showerhead, newer, exterior washer/dryer. Furnishings: Modern Brown leather couch, side tables, Teak bistro dinette set for the kitchen, new Memory Foam Queen bed, side table and a desk with chair. NO smoking, vape, drugs, drama, etc. Please include a phone number.
