The location of unit was great for us, we could walk to barefoot landing and back. Easy access to beach, golf courses, and other venues in area . Our host answered and responded quickly to any questions or needs. We highly recommend this unit, would we book again yes absolutely. We even got to see the end of season fireworks at barefoot landing from the balcony. That was an added surprise!

The condo offers a generous amount of space, though it does show its age and would benefit from a refresh. Some furniture pieces have noticeable wear, and the sliding doors are quite difficult to open. The main bedroom includes two beds and multiple doors connecting to both the living area and the hallway, allowing it to be rented separately. The second bedroom has older, mismatched furniture, and a few areas that can use patching. The open‑air concrete hallways from the elevator give the building a more casual feel.Because the building is located near the Barefoot Landing bridge, the patio area can be very noisy, and the view overlooks the far end of the intracoastal waterway rather than the main marina. The dishware and glassware could also use updating. On the positive side, the owner was very responsive and provided additional blankets when requested and the AC worked extremely well. The appliances were new, and the granite countertops were a nice touch.
