Great location

The location of this property was wonderful. Very close to walking path and within 20 - 30 minutes of many great hiking trails. Close to Historic downtown Scottsdale. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Check in and out was easy. We would certainly stay here again.

Nice Place

Received detailed instructions prior to arriving, which was helpful. The place is clean, massive living room, nice kitchen with a full sized fridge. 2 TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed. Beautiful views of the golf course which is steps away, one assigned parking spot and plenty of guest parking. Highly recommended the place.

The location of this property is great, but unfortunately the stay did not meet expectations for the price.There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed. Most concerning was that the sliding glass door does not fully shut and cannot be locked, which creates a significant safety concern. The bathroom was also missing a toilet paper holder, and the TV in the bedroom did not work with the remote. In addition, the keycard provided for the gym did not function.While it appeared that a cleaning service had been through, the unit still needed more attention. For example, there was a dead bug sitting in the silverware tray, which was unpleasant to discover.With some maintenance fixes and more thorough cleaning, this property could be a much better experience. However, given the price point, the overall condition was disappointing.
