Welcome to Stone Haus, the main residence at the newly renovated Sunday Haus Estate, ideally located just a block from the charming and bustling Main Street of Fredericksburg. Experience the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comforts in this well-appointed home that accommodates up to six guests. The property retains its original character while providing luxurious amenities—including plush beds, high-quality linens, and a fully stocked kitchen—ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Each unit features its own private courtyard complete with a hot tub, allowing you to unwind in your own space.

The interior of Stone Haus showcases a spacious front dining area and living space, perfect for gathering with loved ones. This well-equipped area includes a dining table for eight, a Samsung Smart TV with cable and internet access, and a comfortable living space featuring a cozy couch and two chairs. The fully stocked kitchen boasts a Smeg full-size fridge, microwave, stove, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods, alongside tableware for six. The downstairs den provides an additional seating area accommodating six people, complete with a TV and a queen-size pull-out couch for extra sleeping arrangements. You will have access to the property through front door codes. Guests will also have access to our laundry room located downstairs at Stone Haus.

The neighborhood you're staying in is located on a quaint and quiet street one block off of Main St. Walk to dinner, enjoy the many fabulous coffee shops, shopping and tasting rooms just minutes away! Some of our favorite spots within a 5 minute walk of Sunday Haus are Caliche Coffee, Alla Campagna, Hondo's and Frisch Juice.

Getting Around:

-The property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.
