We had a relaxing and comfortable time at Peaceful Breeze. The house is accurately described and William is an excellent host and communicator. Clean, comfortable and perfect for a getaway. Wished we stayed longer.
Located in a quiet alcove of Smith Mountain Lake, this was the perfect spot for a family weekend getaway. Easy to find, easy to get in, and easy to set up! The house was very clean and the rooms were comfortable with all of the amenities you would want. The layout of the house made it easy for each member of our family to get their quiet time away from the rest of us when needed. The back deck is spacious and comfortable for spending a day with your nose in a good book or just laying out to enjoy the sun.The dock area was simple to access and we enjoyed taking kayaks out for a little excursion. We'll be back!
This home is absolutely beautiful. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like. It really is peaceful. The host was very responsive. The home was clean, we had no complaints. I would 100% stay in this home again on our next visit. It had all the amenities to meet my families needs. The scenery was breathtaking!
We loved every minute spent at this property! The house is beautiful and very well decorated. Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook. Coffee grounds and tea bags were a bonus. The views are breathtaking.
The host has thought about every single detail that you can think off. We will definitely come back!
Super clean property. Very beautifully appointed. Everything needed is at your fingertips. Lightening fast response from host . Super helpful. Photos and amenity descriptions all very accurate. Highly recommend. We hope to return to this peaceful beautiful property.
The property was clean and spacious. However, we were unable to use the gas grill. It was rusted, and we could not turn it on. This was disappointing as we were grilling steaks for dinner.
We loved our long weekend stay. The cove was perfect for floating in all day then warming up on the small dock. Neighbors were very friendly. The amenities inside the very clean home were generous-a wonderfully outfitted kitchen with warming kettle and French press! No need to run to the store for anything. The beds were more comfortable than my own brand new bed at home and combined with the room darkening curtains made for a great night’s sleep. The towels are oversized and cozy. My personal favorite is the humongous sectional in the living room—everyone can fit together for movie night. Would definitely stay here again!
House was very comfortable. It fit 3 couples and a baby perfectly. Nice big common area with kitchen and family room on the main floor. Very woodsy and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the umbrella up and watching the wildlife. Plenty of floatation stuff for the lake. We kayaked and floated in the tubes provided. We used the grill a few times and it worked. Just needs to be updated. The loft/play area on the 2nd floor was nice for children. It did get a little stuffy up there but we had a fan so all good. We had a very nice stay.
Awesome weekend! The house was wonderful - perfect for our 6 2 children. There were nice amenities & necessities throughout the house (pots, pans, coffee maker, charging stations, BBQ, kayaks, children's toys, and on and on). The house is on a small cul-de-sac with very little car & boat traffic so we felt safe with the little ones running around and swimming in the amazingly clean water. We started each day with coffee in very comfortable deck chairs on the umbrellad table, and ended each day the same (but with adult beverages). Beds were VERY comfortable and there was lots of comfy seating all around.Overall it's a spectacular home and a phenomenal weekend was had by all! Thank you, William!
We were able to enjoy time with 2 generations of family including a small child. There is plenty of private space for 2 (or 3) families. Lots of toys for small children in the house. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio looking at the lake, watching deer cross the property, enjoying nature. There are several things to do in the area.In addition to the 2 kayaks, there are several comfy floats to glide around on the lake. The host responded to us in a short amount of time on any questions we had.
