It consists of two bedrooms with TV, two full bathrooms (one of them with a tub), a TV in the living room (smart and with cable channels), dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony with an ocean view.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that your booking includes an additional charge labeled as a "Resort Fee", which is an HOA-mandated fee to access the complex amenities. Upon arrival, the security guard will provide each guest with a wristband—this is a mandatory requirement for staying at the resort.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed during your stay.
Guest list (4 maximum including children) must be registered 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Once registered there's no changes. NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is surveillance cameras located inside the elevators, hallways, parking and common areas for security purposes. HOA has basic community rules that need to be followed in order to have a peaceful experience otherwise you may be asked to leave the condominium and lose your reservation.
There's construction going on in the tower next door Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm Don't worry your view won't be affected
