Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash cans go to curb on Tuesday Nights for Wednesday pick up.
Please make sure all kayaks are out back. Cleaning ladies cannot lift or move them and will have to charge additional fee to have a 3rd party to move them back.
This is just a friendly reminder that your check-out is at 10:00am. Here are the instructions for checking out. The cleaning crew will be there shortly after your check-out time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was a fabulous place for our family to see the manatees in Crystal River. Plenty of kayaks provided. Large play area for the kids with foosball table and ping-pong table and lots of games for all ages. Very comfortable home with everything we needed.

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect! So close to town and Three sister springs. Josh the host was quick to respond, great communication. We loved our stay! The house and backyard/waterfront space is lovely and exactly what we wanted for our family of 5. We were able to kayak to see the manatees as a family rather than having to book a tour, which allowed us to do it on our own time and without feeling too crowded. At the house, we saw alligators floating by, tons of turtles and birds, and loved meals out on the dock. Josh was super helpful and responsive leading up to the stay and during. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered multiple planning/logistics questions about how to best see the manatees. We'd love to go back!

Beautifully rehabbed home. Very clean. Very comfortable master bed. Kitchen fully outfitted with clean utensils and pans. Ping pong a fun plus! Kayaks right outside the back door. Best of all - Josh was always available and most accommodating - recommended some good restaurants and was most kind helping us navigate the TV. Great choice for a family.

Such a perfect house for our group. Spacious, very clean, had everything one could need. The host was super responsive, and left a beautiful welcome basket. Lots of games for the kiddos and adults. Easy to dock our boat. I would recommend this place over and over.

Brought our 21ft bay boat for the first time not staying at The Plantation and was absolutely satisfied with the house and the location! Canal stayed at about 3 ft deep at dead low and the exit out was easy. Will definitely stay again
