Bruna was such a great host! We stayed in both condos. 14 of us stayed and it had everything we needed. Close to everything! Place was clean and spacious. Thank you everything !

Bruna was super responsive whenever needed. Great property for large groups, just wish the units were connected on main level. Loved the rooftop!

We loved these townhomes. We visited for the bowl game with multiple families. We had plenty of space for all of us. It was close to downtown and Nissan Stadium. Bruna was so helpful during our stay. Eat at Gus’s Chicken if you get a chance

Amazing place to Stay!

We rented both units for a Family reunion. Friendly neighbors, amazing rooftop view. Pools are located on the top floor, short distance to downtown Nashville. Property owner 10/10 for communication. Plenty of room for a large group and ample amount of parking. This was an awesome place to stat

This place is totally amazing. The entire property was clean and ready when stated it would be. The owner, Bruna actually greeted and welcomed us upon our arrival. Gave us some quick tips on the elevator and requested that if we had any problems contact her and she would be sure to address them asap. True to her word we did have a minor issue with the plumbing in one of our units. We sent Bruna a message and lo and behold less than 30 minutes later there was a plumber at the door. Let me mention it was midnight and in 5 min he was in and out and problem solved. Bruna is a class act and true to her word. She made 100% sure that she was available for every message/question I had for her. These rentals are equipped with many board games, video games, foosball table, and basketball game in garage. So much to do to occupy time while waiting to go downtown. As for the kitchen and appliances, whatever we needed was there up to and including crockpots. Again I can’t say enough about this amazing property and the responsiveness of Bruna. The roof top pools and mini fridges on the rooftop top it all off. Nothing better than refreshing pools and refreshing drinks feet from each other. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone traveling to Nashville. Uber rides to downtown arrived in less then 15 minutes every time. Only about a 15 mine ride downtown. Also a Walmart and a Publix grocery store less than 5 min drive away. Not a negative thing to say about this property or manageme
