Epic Beach Views Gated Golf Course Community in Crystal Beach

Epic Beach Views/Gated/Golf Course is a newly built paradise, close to the beach with views from almost every area. It is in a gated golf course community next to Margaritaville! There is a neighborhood beach access bridge for walking or golf carts.
This spacious open concept is comfortable for your group of 12. The living room has a three piece leather couch set with two love seats and a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining room seats six, with an additional four at the counter top island.
The kitchen is well appointed with an Instaview Craft ice refrigerator, large 5 burner stove and multi function oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig. It's also equipped with all the cooking/ serving accessories and essential household products. Pack light, we have everything you need during your stay.
The wide hallway leads to the back deck and has the entrance to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first on the left is the half bath, next is the Queen Bunk room. This room has access to the jack and Jill bath. The Jack and Jill bath has a double sink vanity and a privacy door to the custom tile shower tub combo and toilet.
The next on the left is the Queen bedroom. It has a small desk area and private access to the back deck.
All rooms have blackout curtains to ensure early mornings are not required and smart tvs to stream your favorites. The two King ensures are on the right side of the hallway. These rooms have double vanity, walk in shower ensuites. One has private deck access.
All the rooms have luxurious bedding, large closets.
Epic Views has a luggage lift for easy unloading and a quick start to the fun!
The entertainment area downstairs has a picnic table, bar with seating for four with a large Smart tv for entertainment, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. Guest do have access to. the garage with a beach wagon, beach toys, chairs, body boards, and corn hole game.

Have a round of golf in the morning, spend a day playing in the sand and waves or relaxing with a drink in a sun chair, then finish off your fantastic day with a concert or dip in the pool at Margaritaville.
