About this property

Newly renovated, Central A/C, 3 Bedroom Home. Located in Beautiful New Seabury

This home has been newly purchased and updated. New furniture, newly decorated, new mattresses and linens. Washer and dryer on first floor along with master bedroom with queen bed and bath on first for easy access. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay, a lobster pot, and even an ice cream maker for rainy days. Open airy living space with plenty of room for family and friends. Outdoor patio with grill for BBQ. A working gas fireplace for cozy nights when the weather gets cooler and central air conditioning for those humid days. With themed bedrooms this home sleeps eight comfortably. The "Paris" room has a queen bed, large closet and dresser. The "Whale" room has a double bed and twin trundle along with a walk-in closet and dresser. Great for teenagers or young children. A large bathroom and stocked linen closet in the hall. We also have WiFi just in case you can't leave all your work behind.
As that we just purchased the property, by 2016 we will have an outdoor shower as well as many more additions.
A short walk to the beach with the Popponesset Marketplace close by and a five minute drive to the state and town beaches. Mashpee commons is also a short drive away with entertainment, shopping and restaurants.

Lovely Home on Cape Cod

We loved staying here. The neighborhood is adorable and nice to walk around. Close drive to Mashpee Commons for shopping and dining. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and everything was so comfortable, peaceful, and spacious. There were even fresh flowers on the kitchen counter when we arrived :)

Splendid retreat

We are a family with young kids who like to run and bike and explore. This was the perfect stay for access to trails and the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was beautiful and felt like a real home. We would come again.

Summer Sea was Sweet

Shared this house with daughter and family. The downstairs master bedroom and bath for us old folks and upstairs 2 br and bath for the kids. House was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. Great vacation. Already thinking about renting it next year.

Beautiful home in lovely neighborhood. We were a family of 6- grandparents, adult children, and 2 grandchildren. House was perfectly laid out with a master downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Very well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Nice patio and yard too. Looking forward to renting again!

Great spot in New Seabury!

My friends and I loved our stay in New Seabury. Jill was an excellent host and communication could not have been better. The location of the house is great. We were in town for a wedding and we were able to navigate all around Mashpee, as well as visit Woods Hole and Falmouth, with ease. The house itself was very clean and spacious for myself and four friends. If given the opportunity, I would arrange to stay here again. Thank you Jill!

Great family vacation spot

Beautiful home. Great layout with master suite on first floor and two good sized bedrooms and bath on second. Also half bath in first floor and terrific outdoor shower. Kitchen was well stocked and had most everything we needed. Very comfortable living area for TV watching and relaxing. The outside patio was so beautiful. Easy access to Popponesset marketplace and Mashpee Town Beach. There is absolutely no parking or drop off permitted at the Spit Beach. The walk to the Spit beach was a little long while carrying all our beach gear. If biking bring backpack and beach chairs that you can carry on back. The beach is gorgeous and well worth the effort.

Clean, spacious, many amenities. We enjoyed our weekend. Only negative was difficult cell service in all of New Seabury and our GPS worked sporadically. Not the owners fault.

Family Wedding at the Popponesset Inn

The pictures do not do this home justice. It was open and airy. The beds were very comfortable. Internet was easy to access. My only recommendation would be to print out directions to the house and arrive during daylight. Cell signals were weak (Verizon) and Google Maps kept freezing.

Comfortable and well stocked

We rented the home because it was close to the Popponesset Inn where we attended a Wedding reception. It was very convenient to the venue as well as other family a friends who were also staying nearby. It was also a short drive to several bike trails. The house was well stocked with paper, cleaning and other supplies and some games which we enjoyed on a rainy day. The house was very clean and up dated. Jill and Nick were very responsive to our questions and easy to work with.

Beautiful Location

We enjoyed our stay very much! Overall, we felt the location was excellent for a family trip in a beautiful and accessible neighborhood. The closest beach is a mile and unfortunately no parking. With young kids a bit too far for walking with all our beach gear. Biking would be ideal. We drove to South Cape beach most days which was great for families and the house has lots of great beach supplies. Highly recommend the Raw Bar for a fun afternoon of food, drinks, music and more!

Awesome Stay

This house was nestled amongst other lovely homes in the New Seabury area of Mashpee. The quiet streets were perfect for walks or riding bikes. The home was a quick drive to the shops at Mashpee Commons, grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself was lovely and the pictures online are accurate. It is a well-maintained property that is obviously cherished by its owners. Our group was myself, my husband, my mother and my two boys (ages 7 & 11). We all loved the house. The boys shared the "whale" room and my mother stayed next to them in the Paris room, while my husband and I slept in the master suite on the first floor. The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you need to cook & eat with. There were all the supplies you need to do laundry as needed. The house was also stocked with towels, bed linens, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. Highly recommend!
