Black Oak Casino. 90 minutes from Yosemite National park. 45 minuts from Murphys and Calaveras.

CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, disinfectant sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. Our crews wear protective masks and gloves. We have always taken great care to protect our guests! You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher so there's no ants etc. Cabins blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest.

* We provide cleaning service after your departure for a fee so you do not have to clean on your vacation. We follow covid protocols and procedures, per vrbo listing information for California no contact entry.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Departure day, Collect the used towels into the tub/shower. Rinse dishes and load, contractor will run dushwasher. If you booked with a pet please clean up after the pet, hair etc inside and out.
Leave the cabin tidy inside and out. Clean up any food messes to prevent pests or wildlife incidents. Follow trash instructions provided in arrival and departure instructions prior to arrival.
Leave beds and bedding for the contractor, please no bedding on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note bookings that have been given pet approval from owner, must provide their own bedding and towels. No glitter, markers, paints.
Bring toiletries, hand/laundry soaps, flashlights. No outdoor burning allowed. No wood in bbq.
Please bring your trash bags, for kitchen and baths to collect and put in outside cans. No flushing objects toilet paper only.

Convenient location. Overall clean, though we found lost socks and air rubans under beds or couch. The air hockey and foosball table are in bad shape. Appliances are dated like most cabins in the area. You can feel a draft near every windows. If you are on T-mobile, make sure to have domestic data roaming enabled for your line, it will use AT&T 5G in the area.

We took advantage of the "Book 2 nights get the 3rd night free" in March, which was a great value. Without getting the 3rd night free, it might feel a bit too expensive.This was our second time staying at this cabin, and we had a great experience both times. Two years ago, it was MLK weekend and there was so much snow, we could sled down the hill in between the neighbors' houses! This time (in March), there was barely any snow and it was a balmy 70 degrees and sunny every day. There was just barely enough snow to ski in t-shirt weather at Dodge Ridge.The cabin is spacious and fun for two families to share. The bottom two bedrooms get really cold at night, so be prepared to either feel like you're camping outside, or use one of the space heaters. The upstairs loft sleeps 6 and is quite cozy. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of mismatched dishes, utensils, and pots — it's just a little haphazard and can take a minute to find everything.Darlene was helpful and easy to communicate with. The checkout process was especially simple. We returned a second time and would definitely return in the future, too. Thank you for hosting us!

We appreciated the outside deck, and upstairs room where our teenagers could hang out together.The amenities listed were sparce, however, with no dishtowels and 1/2 roll of paper towels for 6 people for 3 days for example. We would have brought simple supplies like this if we had known we would needed them. Also, be aware that there is no Wifi. I don't know that this was clear on the listing.

Cute rustic cabin

The location of the cabin was great. Close to Pinecrest and Dodge Ridge. The deck was huge and it was fun to sit out and BBQ and look out at the beautiful trees. The host was very accommodating and replied quickly. Its a great place to go spend your weekend in the mountains.

Pinecrest lodge

Place was as advertised- older cabin fit for family stay; once heater got going it was very warm and cozy; appliances are a bit dated and we waited a while for boiling water etc. Very convenient location close to Dodge Ridge. Now they need snow!
