My friends and I had a great time staying here. We enjoyed the quiet house and having a comfortable place to unwind and reset after our full days of activities in the area. We would definitely rent again if we come back to Cleveland.
This was a beautiful, unique property! Brian’s responses to any questions we had were very prompt and helpful. Check in and check out were extremely easy and there is so much to do in the area. I will definitely book one of Brian’s properties again!
Extremely comfortable, spacious, beautiful and well maintained. Will definitely rebook on next trip to Cleveland. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area.
The property was very unique. Fun art work and a full media center. Perfect location… right in Tremont. Great place to stay. Accommodated our family comfortably particularly since we were in Cleveland for my grandson’s wedding. Thank you for such nice accommodations. Paula P
Had a wonderful 7-night stay with my family. Beautifully spacious home and very responsive owner/manager. Beds were super comfortable and shower pressure amazing. We would rent again for sure. Thank you Brian.
It's such a great feeling when you book a place (for a group, especially) that looks good, and it turns out to be even better than expected.I think the biggest difference between what the pictures conveyed and reality was how big and awesome this house is. We slept seven comfortably. Our host was great with communication.
This place was Incredible! Even better than advertised. Such a unique place to stay, and had everything we needed. Close to so many restaurants and bars. Brian and his wife were gracious hosts that were accessible at any time. 100% will stay again with them!
This property is superb! It’s stunning, spacious, and in a great location. The artwork is amazing. We love the tall ceilings, plenty of natural sunlight. My family and I enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this property for your Cleveland visit.
The house was exactly as described in a very nice walkable neighborhood and was an easy drive to downtown and activities.
There were 4 of us staying but there was room for more. The host, Brian, responded immediately to any questions and was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Great central location for us for activities in downtown, east side and concert at Blossom. One of the most unique buildings we have stayed in through many years of travel. Access to a variety of breakfast joints was just a walk away and we took advantage of it (Grumpy’s, Roasted). Brian answered all of our questions and provided us with recommendations,
We had an amazing weekend we were in town to celebrate my wife’s birthday as well as Easter. The property was perfect for us we had absolutely everything we needed and plenty of space for our big group. Tremont was a great neighborhood to be in with many shops and restaurants along with its historical significance. Brain was a great host super accommodating and a very good communicator.
The house was delightful, and for a neighborhood I had never heard of, the neighborhood was great! Quiet streets, large parks, lots of coffeeshops and pubs in walking distance and fine dining within a five minute drive, plus less than 15 minutes to the heart of downtown Cleveland.
The house worked well for the two families and myself. We had adults and children. It was nice to have offsite parking. The rain prevented much courtyard time but it did allow for another space to be.
Wow! Just wow! The pictures don't do it justice. The property is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures. More modern furniture and believe it or not it's actually really comfortable! Was very pleasantly surprised to find out that in the master bedroom, or the one with the king bed in it, there was even an adjustable base! Was thrilled to see that because I have one at home and it really helps sleeping better! I will absolutely be renting this property again!
We were very please overall with the property and location! I would recommend a couple of things…maybe a sitting area of some sort in master suite area (comfy chair, chair for table) and a full length mirror of some sort. Also, instructions for checkout would not come up using the QR code in the binder of info provided at the place. Only checkout time. Hopefully all that we needed to do was done before we left and we just were not sure what we needed to do before we left with bedding, towels, garbage, etc. overall we were excited about the place and enjoyed our stay!
This house is amazing from check in to check out. We had such an enjoyable time here. Brian the host was fantastic and very responsive. There was a big lightning strike that wiped out the wifi in the area. Brian sent over the maintenance man and he had us up and running in a very short time.We had a cookout one night and had so much fun. We went to the zoo, Westside Market, the Science Museum, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the casino. We ate out at Grumpys, Barrios and Bourbon Street Barrel Room. The shower in the primary bedroom was so awesome with the jets and rain shower! We highly recommend this beautiful house.
Excellent choice! Spacious, well appointed house. Everything was as anticipated and more. Perfect for three couples. Garage was a welcome plus. Host was easy to work with and helpful, quickly responding to all messages. Brian is a great communicator. House was spotless. Fun decor. Well stocked kitchen and supplies. Big screen TV’s in each area - Wimbledon AND the World Cup! A great neighborhood to explore. Easy in/out to visit Cleveland highlights. We visited R&R Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Brandywine Falls at Cuyahoga National Park. We stopped in at several great restaurants “down the block” and even a local barbershop. This house worked perfectly to gather family for a few days.
