A hidden gem in downtown Hendersonville

This was a great find in downtown Hendersonville. It’s a small little house, 5 minute walk over to Main St. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and the best part is, everything you will want to experience is no more than 15 minutes walk away.With the Ecusta Trail minutes away this gives you even more access to the area with a great walking, running and biking trail.

Great get away for 2-3 adults Had great difficulty with unlocking the coded door lock, but called and got in without further issue after 2 timeThe bedrooms are upstairs while we were fairly comfortable ceiling fans would have been great.We were close to town with the ability to walk most every where was great!Quiet street, very nice. Yes, I’d consider staying here again.

Perfect location for exploring the mountains

The house is in an older neighborhood, extremely quiet, and yet just minutes from adorable downtown Hendersonville. Comfy to come home to after a day of driving around. The Area is wonderful, so much smarter to stay here than in Asheville. Highly recommend Blue Ridge Parkway and Cradle of Forestry. Also head east out US Highway 64 into the Apple orchards region and for sure have barbecue at Chimney Rock Smokehouse (we went back twice in four days). Thanks for a great stay

House was clean and quiet, outside the grass was long. Firepit area was kind of untidy with leaves sticks and other debris. Close to downtown, although walking uphill for a block or two was pretty taxing on two 77 year olds! Hendersonville is a beautiful place to visit and this house was a great place for a "home base".

An okay value for the price.

Great location to downtown. Older home, smelled of mildew. Very small bath, 5x5 maybe, shower only, NO TUB. Pull out sofa needs a new mattress. The mattress was very lumpy. Also would not recommended this home for anyone with mobility issues. Several trip hazards, the stairs to the second floor are non-stardard and do not have an ADA handrail. Overall, the property met the needs for our short 3 night stay and for the miney was okay. However, would not return due to the mildew, and bath. Vacasa was wonderful.
