This quintessential Key West eyebrow home is located in Old Town's prime Historic District, sitting just blocks away from Duval Street, the Historic Seaport, the Art District, and all of the amazing things Key West has to offer.

Situated on the upper part of Southard Street in Old Town Key West, "A Bit of Heaven" offers an inviting space for up to 6 guests. The welcoming covered front porch offers a great place to drink your morning coffee or your afternoon libations and watch the world go by. 

The first floor has a large living room with an abundance of comfortable seating, an open dining area, and an all new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, and a large bar-top seating area.

Down the hall you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed, a desk area, spacious closet, and a completely remodeled bathroom, along with French doors opening to a deck. Upstairs is another master suite with a king bed for even more privacy. It features an ensuite bathroom, desk area, plenty of closet space, and a deck overlooking the beautiful back yard. The third bedroom containing a sleeper sofa is out back by the pool: a renovated pool house/cottage with all the essentials and a private entry separate from the main house.

The rear yard outdoor living area is set up for outdoor entertaining. It features all new Trex decking in the rear, a bamboo privacy fence, and a huge 15x30 heated and chilled pool. You will find a new fully outdoor kitchen, a covered seating area, and plenty of space to lounge and/or entertain. 

This is a monthly rental and only rents from the first of the month to the end of the month.  We cannot split months.
