About this property

The Sand Castle at Short Sands Beach

Enjoy ocean and beach views from this turn of the century home (built in 1920) in a location that can't be beat! Ideally situated between two beaches and within walking distance to all the amenities York Beach has to offer.
Across the street you'll find Short Sands Beach - enjoy the arcade, amusement park, and shopping. Grab something to eat at one of the restaurants to choose from, whether you prefer fine dining or casual fare. Listen to a concert at the gazebo as you rock away on the front porch, a place you'll be sure to spend many hours of the day and night. Head in the opposite direction to Long Sands for a jog on the beach or a ride in the surf.

The first floor includes a living room with a smart TV, a game room perfect for a rainy day, a large dining room, updated fully-functional kitchen, and 3/4 bathroom. The upstairs includes five bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, a portable outdoor shower, grill off of the kitchen, washer/dryer in the basement, smart TVs, parking for 6 cars, and an AMAZING front porch with a dining area, outdoor seating, rocking chairs, porch swings and a hammock. What a great place to start making memories for years to come!
