Newly Renovated Home Minutes Walk to the Beach Sleeps 18

Our home is newly renovated with all new finishes throughout and is perfect for large families and friends to all gather. There is a large yard and lots of parking just 3 - 4 minutes walk to Long Sands Beach and the local surf shop and beachside restaurants. If you want to head to Short Sands beach, arcades and bars its just a little longer of a walk. This home sits between both beaches and just down the road from the Historic Nubble Lighthouse.

Our home is a brand new remodeled carriage house which sleeps up to 18 people. The fine touches are just now being made to the exterior with that modern farmhouse board and batten flair and all new landscaping. Entering the home through double wide doors allows the beach air to come right in to a large gathering and family room open to the kitchen, dining and a bar area connected to the outside deck.

The gathering room has seating nooks under each window, a beautiful gas fireplace, 65 inch TV and plenty of room for seating. This room connects to the open kitchen and dining room with a designated coffee bar and large island. Our home has a "bar room" which has a 50 inch TV and bar connecting to the outside deck with a slider to the deck. The first floor also has a full bathroom and washer and dryer to use when you come back from a busy day at the beach.

There is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor bedroom has two queen size beds and a closet for easy access. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with 6 twin beds (and a peak a boo view of the ocean). There are also two brand new roll aways twin beds that can be added to any of the rooms. All of the bedrooms have TVs too!

The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a master bathroom with a walk in glass shower. The second floor has a large second floor full bath with a fully tiled bathtub. There is a game room on the second floor with a queen sized pull out sofa with a large screen TV and skylights. Our home also has a room with retro refridgerator, bar sink, large screen TV and living room area with views of Long Sands Beach. A "French door window" when opened allows the ocean breeze to come right in.
