Adventure House: Fully Stocked Kitchen 5 mins from Michigan Tech
Located across the bridge from Michigan Tech and only a few miles from beaches and trails, you'll have access to all of your interests here. It's a great home base for exploring the UP or treating your student to a home cooked meal.
The main floor has a comfortable living room, eating area, and a fully functioning kitchen with additional seating. A side entrance conveniently opens to the laundry room and bathroom with shower.
Upstairs has three bedrooms. Two have Queen size beds and one has trundle beds that could be pushed together for a short King. Each bed has a memory foam topper, plush pillows and either a Smart TV or a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick attached. Window air conditioning units are installed during the summer months.
**Please note** We are located along Lincoln Dr (US-41) and the snowmobile trail. I would hate to lose your business because of it, but I would rather make sure you are happy with your stay. If you are a very light sleeper, other accommodations might be better suited for your needs. The front bedroom has a sound machine and during the summer, a window air conditioning unit that can help with some white noise.

We LOVED this house, five minutes after getting in the house my wife was already making plans to come back! The beds were comfy, the house was cozy and so clean. Thank you!!
We enjoyed our stay at the Hancock house. We were visiting our daughter at Michigan Tech and this property was about 5-10 minutes away. House is older but was great for a weekend family trip. Kitchen had all you would need plus lots of spices if you wanted to cook. Beds were comfy. It was across the street from a snowmobile trail but the noise did not bother us in the house. There were a few games, puzzles and books if you want some entertainment. The Mexican place in town was good. Thanks!
We stayed at this home while visiting Michigan Tech with our son, and it was the perfect spot for our trip. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location was ideal—close to campus and convenient to everything in the area. It was a great home base for our visit, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
