Lots of bathrooms and space to move around when you are with a large group. Bedrooms are spaced and private. Beach is close for waking and a huge plus to have all towels and chairs provided.

Clean and spacious and close to the beaches. Good location and close to activities and stores and restaurants. House has all the necessities and utensils to accommodate our 14 member group. Everything we hoped for

The house was exactly as advertised - comfortable, spacious and quiet. Amazing considering how close it is to the bustle of Main Street and downtown Hyannis. The beach is a very short walk and provided lovely views of the bay and lots of room to walk. We were there on a cool fall weekend so did not take advantage of the large supply of beach chairs provided, but we did enjoy the frisbee golf game. Digital information about the house and neighborhood provided was very useful. We would come again!

Amazing Stay!

Our Stay at the Cape Cod Family Rental We recently had the pleasure of staying at this large family rental property on Cape Cod, and we had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and offered plenty of room for our extended family of 12. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions. The house itself was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and had enough seating for everyone. We loved the farmhouse table. The bedrooms had the most comfortable beds I think I've ever had on vacation, and were beautifully designed. The living room was spacious and had a large smart TV and a large sectional to accommodate everyone. The backyard had a deck, a grill, and a screened in porch which was great for bug-free nights! The kids loved playing in the backyard, and there was plenty of space for them to run around, and the house came equppped with lots of games (cornhole, ladderball, can jam, and others) that were great for summer nights. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Madison's home. The fact that the beach was just down the street, and was not at all crowded, was perfect for our family. (They even included beach chairs and beach towels for us!) We would definitely recommend this property to other families looking for a place to stay on Cape Cod.
