Experience modern luxury in the heart of Broad Ripple and Meridian Kessler! This newly constructed home offers 3,100 sf of space with beautiful finishes. Located just a short walk from vibrant bars, incredible restaurants, Orange Theory, and a grocery store. Explore the outdoors with a jog or bike ride on the nearby Monon Trail. The gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops is perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy a luxurious new home, only 15 minutes away from downtown & Keystone@Crossing!
*any stay the is longer than 15 days will have an extra $150 added to the cleaning fee
Any check in, on a Holiday will have an additional cleaning fee of $50 added to the reservation.
**Glass doors to the back porch are currently out of use. You will need to walk around the side of the house to use the back patio**
We have a ring doorbell camera that faces the street. This is only used for protection of the house. This is also the only camera on the property.
No Parties, No smoking, No pets
When it comes to checkout we have guidelines for checkout below.
* Please pile used bedding in each room * Towels can be piled in the bathrooms * Any used dishes need to go into the dishwasher & start the cycle * Pick up all trash and throw it away * Make sure to ensure you have all of your items before you leave :)
