This was an amazing stay! Anthony was responsive and accommodating of all our needs! The house is absolutely stunning, you feel like you're in your own little oasis. We had our parents, siblings', and children stay here, and we could not have asked for a better fit. We will certainly visit again! Thanks, Anthony and the Deluca Team!

Fantastic Week

We had a wonderful vacation stay! The latout of the house was perfect for our families and we took full advantage of the beautiful and private outdoor space. Easy trip to the beach and to St. Armand's Circle. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice house and just as advertised: Nice furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of places to gather and hang out. We were seven adults and used the whole house and kitchen quite a bit. Great bedrooms and nice linens, etc. Nice pool, and privacy. Short walk to beach and walk into town, but also just easy to drive places. Only constructive feedback is to make how to adjust heating/cooling in the house clearer and the pool thermostat. Otherwise we loved our stay!

Magnificent property!

We picked this property for a change from our usual spot on Siesta Key and it more than exceeded our expectations. The property was amazing for our family. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short walk to town and the beach. The host was amazing and super responsive to any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying at this property again!

Internally the property is very nice however outside it was very scruffy. Weeds on the patio, very uneven stones and debris scattered around. I appreciate they'd had some bad weather but it was evident no one had been to tidy outside since the last guest. The bin was over filled, such that i had to remove some of the rubbish to ensure it was collected, and full of maggots. In fairness after the bin collection someone did come around and clean the bins but i didn't appreciate digging out amazon boxes that were stopping the bins from closing.The AC was poor in the main building but it was only when the maintenance person arrived (to repair a toilet that had failed) that we established it wasn't working properly. He then contacted the air conditioning company who promptly shut the system down and couldn't repair it for the rest of our stay. For 7 days the temperature in the main in the main part of house was 83 degrees, for the final three days it was 90. On our last day the electricity failed in back part of the house leaving us with a washing machine full of wet clothes to fly home with. It was a Sunday so arguably a response was unlikely but even so I've still not had a response to my message.Overall my biggest issue was with the managing agent. Very unresponsive, even when trying to get information about how to access the property. The only thing i was given was a garage code and it took until day 3 to luckily find a key box allowing you to use the front door,

We were very disappointed to hear your experience was not exceptional. While your stay did not meet either of our expectations we hope you know we made efforts to remedy as much as possible. The A/C was an unfortunate situation. We did get maintenance to come address the issue same day and unfortunately the part to make the fix had to be ordered. We were able to get the trash bins emptied and cleaned the next day. Since this feedback, we have enrolled in a weekly trash cleaning service to prevent this from happening again. The exterior has also been addressed so that future guests can enjoy a well maintained property! Finally, we have discussed the responsiveness and communication with our property manager and feel confident that this will not happen again. It is our utmost priority to make sure our guests have a clean and enjoyable stay. Feedback is always welcome and we will do our best to accommodate any issues that may arise.
