New to Management! Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental nestled right on the serene lagoon. With 2000 square feet of spacious living, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living with our enclosed back porch and an open porch equipped with ceiling fans, a TV, and a BBQ grill.

Boat: Boat is not available for renters directly (For pictures only). However, you will have the dock space for your own boat

Outdoor Amenities:
Lapless Pool & Hot Tub: Unwind in the shaded lapless pool or soak in the hot tub on the deck, perfect for both day and night relaxation.
Water Activities: Two paddle boards and two kayaks are included with your rental, offering endless fun on the lagoon.

We enjoyed our stay, the property was as advertised and clean. House supplies (kitchen/bathroom) were limited, so plan to bring extra toilet paper/paper towels/beach towels if traveling with a group. Overall our family and pups had a great time and we would definitely book again!

We had an amazing time! The property was beautiful and very roomy and well maintained. The property is located close enough to everything without being in the middle of all of the busyness. The back patio was supreme and is where we spent our mornings and evenings. Excited for our next visit!

Great location on Panama City Beach with boat dock , quick ride to shell island. There is a public boat ramp just about a block away in the neighborhood which was very convenient for launching the boat to bring around. This house offers a large space plenty of room to entertain. It has a swim spa with a hot tub which was refreshing. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this house again.

Great place to stay with our boat. The living room back porch room, and the back porch outside to include the boat dock were very relaxing to sit at the home is a little bit older. Need to expect that when going there.

First off the house was amazing. But after getting settled in and all guests getting showers we realized we didnt have enough bath towels. They brought towels the next day. Then as we are pulling cups and bowels to start dinner realized almost every dish in the cabinets were dirty, sticky or just plain hadn't been washed. On the 4th day the fire alarms woke everyone up at 3am with no fire or anything. Then the next day same thing fire alarms went off at 5am, 6am then 6:15am which is when I ripped them off the wall. Texted the home services company and didnt get a response till about 8 hrs later. They had bikes outside that came with the rental...all the tires were flat and the air pump that eas there was so rusted it didnt work so no riding bikes. Like I said the house was great but the service was horrible. Sad to say id never rent this house again

The property was amazing! The guts of the house does need some renovations. The breaker blew by the kitchen multiple times, the kitchen sink backed up and the hot tub jets kept blowing the fuse as well. The maintenence man was very nice but he shouldn't have had to come 3 times within 7 days. The neighbors dogs also would relieve themselves in the front and back yards for us to clean up each day. Otherwise my kids loved the kayaks, fishing and swimming when we were there. The inside was very spacious and accommodated the 7 of us well.

We had a great time when we checked in there was a few problems but we called and they took care right away the only complaint are we called to verify if we could use the boat lift as we brought two boats and we were ask about size of boats and were told yes we could use the boat lift but when we arrived it was locked out and they said after we showed up no we could not so we had to take one out ever night hot tub was dirty but they came out and cleaned it some things didnt work but they fix that as well only other thing was the qeen size bed was horrible so soft even the smallest person with us 135 lbs would sink into the middle so her husband selpt on the couch and the kids bunks were good as well all in all nice place good veiw dont know if i would stay again just cause the queen bed needs replaced and being lied to about the boat lift That was a big deal for me sense i ask question before the booking and was lied to if they would have said no i would have never rented it in the first place Also you will need everything to do dishes no sponge soap also will need toilet paper only had one roll in each kitchen is lacking looks like stuff other renters have just left as they had to buy on there vists place sleeps 8 but can do more but only gave us 5 towels gad to ask for more just to take showers first night as there was 7 of us like i said not bad but tgey could do better

Great location

Great location and very clean.. place has everything thing you need from cooking in kitchen to outdoors.. cozy beds, but the. Hot tub never worked nor did the lapless pool it was green upon arrival but cleared up the next day but chemicals were too strong to get in by day three it was better. I was told by a gentleman I would be compensated for the pool and hot tub not working but nobody has reached out yet
