Louie's: Tiny house: Downtown

You'll never believe this was once a one stall garage. It's been tastefully transformed into a fully stocked studio apartment perfect for the weekend getaway. With a king size bed, smart TV, tiled shower and dishwasher you really have everything you need! While the kitchen is fully equipted for making a meal, we also provide a grill for outdoor dining. But don't skip on heading into town for an evening stroll and to pick up lunch or dinner. Boyne has some great dining options.

We live in town and are available when needed. We prefer to communicate via text or phone call but can meet in person should the need arise.

Perfectly walkable!
The only in town grocery store is in your back yard.
2 blocks to the Boyne City Open Space (large grassy lawn/park overlooking Lake Charlevoix).
1/2 mile to downtown.
1/4 mile to Veteran's Park and the boat launch.
10 minutes to Boyne Mountain.
25 minutes to Petoskey and Charlevoix.

Full access to the the tiny house. You have your own driveway and patio and firepit.
The other house on the property is a seperate rental. Both can be rented together under the listing "The Sisters"

• Tiny home with studio living.
• King size bed with view of the Smart TV.
• All linens are fluffy and white, duvet washed with each guest- throw blankets too!
• Oversized fluffy couch, books and games.
• Kitchen is fully stocked to make meals- both nicely appointed stoneware dishes as well as a set of melamine for the patio. Microwave, Keurig (with complimentary coffee), cook top and dishwasher round out the kitchen amenities.
• Bathroom is small - it's a tiny house but has everything you need. Fully tiled walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. Fluffy white towels round out the bathroom.
• Outdoor patio, chairs and solo stove

Great location from downtown Boyne City. Easy walk to downtown. Tiny house was very clean, very cute, comfortable & perfect for what we were looking for. We could have used a few hooks on the wall for jackets or a few drawers. Overall it was very good & we would stay there again.

We love this cute little studio style property. Proximity to downtown is excellent. It is clean and new and modern and comfortable. The overall feel is professional like any hotel chain might offer, but with the charm of the owner’s personal touch. We stayed for a surprise anniversary trip and my wife absolutely loved it. Boyne City is a fancy little fishing village with excellent dining options. We went to the Skybridge and that was great! We recommend Café Sante and Happy tacos! This was property was the perfect home base. Would stay again!

Wonderful Little Place

We needed an overnight spot on our travels to the Upper Peninsula when I stumbled across Louie's Boyne. So happy I found Louie's. It's adorable and provided everything we needed and more for a clean, comfortable overnight stay. Great location, we enjoyed walking into downtown, and communication with the owner was easy and pleasurable. Highly recommend it and we will go back!

Nice little house. Walking distance to everything in Boyne City. House is clean and updated. Mini split A/C makes it humid. Check in procedure and policy is over the top. Could be a lot simpler.

Decorated very nicely, host was quick to respond. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Floor is concrete - bring slippers. Check in process was time consuming - should've checked in sooner before arrival.

Cute Spot

Very cute little rental. The remodel of the garage was done to a very high standard. We struggled a bit with the check in process, the communication and the door lock [mostly caused by our age and lack of technology expertise] but were eventually able to solve. We wanted a location that we could walk to dinner- which this rental enabled but did not love the actual neighborhood. There was very little outdoor privacy and a lot of traffic, so basically used it just to shower and sleep. However the bed was comfortable and the linens nice.

Glad you enjoyed the proximity to town and being able to walk to dinner. It's hard to be both in the city and walk to dinner but also be on a quite private street. We think the hedging we provided helps with privacy but ultimately you are at an in town home. We do have other rentals some which are much more tranquill please look us up next time you are in town!

Amazing!

We got this rental very last minute due to our family’s rental falsely stating how many rooms they had. I’m too old to sleep on a futon in the main space! The space was immaculately clean and perfectly appointed for 2 people. It had hotel finishes like plush towels, cozy earth sheets and even lavender sleep spray! Very conveniently located behind the family fare grocery store. Though we didn’t use it, the grill is nice. We would have definitely used it if we didn’t have a big house to go to for all the family dinners. Highly recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Louie's Tiny House. Though considered a 'tiny house' it felt spacious and open. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, convenient to downtown Boyne City and a Family Fare with nearby laundromat an easy walk away. Check-in was easy. King size bed was comfortable. The decor was charming and all was neat and clean. We would definitely recommend a stay there!
