Two additional bedrooms grace the upper level, one with a new queen sized bed, the other with a day bed and trundle pull out that can accommodate two people. There is an additional full bath with a tub and hand held shower on the upper level. An enclosed front porch, living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor. The full kitchen has a breakfast bar, island and all full size appliances for cooking and eating in.
Relaxing times can be spent in the rear yard that offers a sitting area and fire pit. Off street parking and central air conditioning are included. This wonderful location offers walking distance to beaches, town green, restaurants, shops, train station, park and library.
Located close to I95 and the Merritt Parkway for easy traveling.
