The room was as described, the bed was comfortable and the TV was huge and a smart TV so we were able to log into our Netflix. The bathroom is right but clean and well supplied. The mini fridge/freezer & microwave & coffee maker was very convenient. The included parking was very convenient and made the cost of the room very practical. Downtown Salem where the tourism and attractions were walkable (12-15 mins) and the harbour area was even closer and had some really nice restaurants, shops, and views!

The property was in a great location and overall we enjoyed our stay. It was within easy walking distance of many of the must-see attractions and things to do in town.One thing to be aware of is that the area can be somewhat loud at night. We were two women traveling together and did experience some shouting from across the street while walking back to the property one evening, which made us a little uncomfortable. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and appreciated the convenient location.

Booked this to attend a wedding nearby, and this place was in a very convenient location to other shops, restaurants/bars, and cafes in the area. I could walk everywhere in 10 minutes. Checking in/out was very easy and efficient. I enjoyed the coffee/tea provided and access to the fridge. Overall, this place was exactly what I was looking for for a quick stay.

This was a great place to stay. The local urban atmosphere was inviting, as this was a solo trip, it was fun. The room was clean, and stocked. I was pleasantly surprised there was a Keurig and pods available, as a coffee person that made the stay perfect.

The place was good! The owners were transparent about the noise levels on the posting- however there was excessive noise from neighbors all into the night, and construction right next door. The code to the door didnt work, but no worries I was able to use the physical key.

The room was in walking distance to all the major attractions. The room and bathroom were clean. The host is fantastic! Great communication and super helpful!!! Parking was good also. The bedframe however seemed like it was going to collapse at any given time. Except for that fact everything was accurately directed in the booking info. It was a little load at night which was shared and honestly not bad. There were a ton of kids in the area and a park nearby.

Upon arriving the room was tiny and the neighborhood was questionable. Regardless, we dont usually spend alot of time in our room so it was doable. Until we realized the bed was broken almost in half. Host was completely unresponsive. We couldn't even sleep in it and had to interrupt our vacation, pack all our stuff and find ( and pay) for another place to stay. Host is still extremely unresponsive regarding refund. Unless you want your vacation ruined....run from this place..... absolutely terrible

Our stay here was great! It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, had on-site parking, was clean and comfortable and even had some free water and a coffee/tea station for us to use. The host was very responsive to my messages as well. This was a great place to stay while visiting downtown Salem.

We loved how cozy this room was! And the amenities were very thoughtful. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. There was general neighborhood noise, but for us it wasn’t bothersome at all. The home was quiet and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

Great stay. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Free parking and the proximity to downtown for the price is amazing. It is noisy but that is disclosed in the description and wasn’t bad for our stay.
