This was a fantastic stay! The house was very clean, there are lots of plates, silverware, cups and plenty of appliances to cook with, even 3 coffee makers! The hot tub was sparkling clean and well maintained. The host was great to work with and very responsive. We have already recommended it to friends. Ten out of ten we will stay here again.

Excellent communication. Property manager responded to small issues in real time. Not a brand new or recently remodeled unit but very nice and lots of room to spread out. Location is great.

Summer Get Away

The house had more than enough space for 5 adults. The individual rooms and baths were a major plus. The walk to Main St in Breckenridge was very easy and ability to get to the lifts was simple. No question I would rent here again. Our host was awesome

Great location and very clean

Super close to Main street to great shopping and restaurants. Hardly had to drive when we were there. Walking distance to a nearby grocery store and a 4-min drive to the City Market Kroger grocery store. Every question was answered via email (didn’t text) within a quick and reasonable time. Very close to great hiking as well!

The house was great. walk to everything and free shuttle to the lifts. Hot tub was very nice. We had a few issues that should be looked at. The blender was missing the glass jar - it was offered to get one but we just had drinks on the rocks.The oven took a whole hour to get to temp (375 F) and supposedly was just serviced. Needs attention.Kristi was very easy to work with.

Tidy and convenient

Great family place with 4 bedrooms with queen beds (one a double queen) with individual bathrooms. Very clean and very convenient. We never had to drive to get to places in Breckenridge! If you have dogs or want to sled Carter dog park / sledding hill are about 2 blocks away. Shopping and restaurants are three to four blocks away. The grocery store is 2 blocks. For skiing I saw plenty of people walking to the shuttle around us but I used the Breck park app to reserve spots. Overall a very nice place for your family vacation even if you bring the dogs.

The whole house was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The hosts kept in touch and were always asking if we needed anything. Quiet area and easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend this house.
