This is a great property for my family, spacious, clean, location on the beach. Well appointed large kitchen, comfy bedrooms. Would be happy to stay here again.
Amazing place with incredible views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Pam and Mike were very responsive to our questions and quick to resolve some minor issues. Would definitely recommend staying here and plan to do another family trip here in the future.
Perfect location, perfect stay, highly engaged host with Mike and Pam- very responsive before the stay and they even checked in with us during the stay.
Thank you.
This condo was a great! There was plenty of space and the beds were comfy! My kids loved that they all had their own bathrooms. The views of the ocean and bay from the 4th floor were really nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect for us!
We had an amazing stay on Cape San Blas! The house was perfect for our group of 8. The beach was a close walk and the beach closet had everything we would ever need! We loved the downstairs fridge. Pam was very easy to work with!
The property was just as pictured with wonder views of both the Gulf and bay. The elevator came in very handy since we had some with knee issues. We were also very impressed with the beach equipment. I would highly recommend this property.
We really enjoyed our stay at Shorely Blessed! We needed a place with easy access for one of our friends and the unit was perfect because it included an elevator. The hosts were very quick to answer our questions. The unit was equipped with all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. We hope to enjoy the beach in this rental again next year!

Beautiful home on a beautiful beach!
This beautiful home was a pleasure to stay in. The furnishings were so fresh and lovely. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals and have friends over for a glass of wine. There was a closet full of beach gear on the first level that we had access to. I would heartily recommend this property.

Hi,
Thank you for staying at our townhome, We really appreciate the kind words and are glad to hear that you had a good time. Take care and hope to have you again!
Mike and Pam
We enjoyed everything about our stay here. It's beautiful! Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the kitchen window and sunset from the many balconies. Great communication with the owners who were quick to respond when I needed them. Loved the fully stocked beach closet and elevator. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Well kept. We would totally stay here again!!!!
Great location away from the busy town, but walking distance to the pool and beach
Loved everything about this house! Especially the elevator, since there are 4 floors. Never had any issues with anything the entire week. They have an awesome beach closet with every kind of water/beach toy/ chairs you could want plus a wheeled cart to haul it all there on the short walk. The pool was always clean and inviting. Literally the only thing I would change about our trip is bringing more towels and a laundry basket, since only one towel set per person was provided and the laundry room is on the lowest floor, away from the bedrooms and kitchen. Would definitely book this same home again in the future.
The condo location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The pool wasn’t crowded although there are very few chairs and umbrellas available. The condo size was perfect for a family of 6. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The condo was nice, but needs a bit of upgrading on some small things that some may not even notice. The bathroom doors don’t close properly. Neither do the balcony doors which have hinges that are almost rusted through (salt air is hard in metal). The elevator was a nice touch for bringing in groceries and luggage. Beds were comfy. Blackout curtains would be a nice addition to the two front bedrooms. We liked the covered parking which allowed us to park our topless jeep out of the weather. Overall this was a pretty nice place to stay and I would recommend it.

House keeping and cleaning sucks!!!
My husband and I travel a lot. I have never been to a place quite like this. There were eight of us on a family trip and there was only one bath cloth and one towel per person, no exta ones. What was on the toilet roll, not even a whole roll was all that we got no extra rolls. We had to go to the store to buy tissue, paper towels and extra bathcloths and towels. The dishwashing liquid was almost empty so we had to buy more. The soap dispensers to wash our hands were not full. There was not even any soap to get us started the first night we were there. Had we not brought any we would have had to go somewhere that night to buy some before taking a shower. Linen on the beds had been washed but had stains on some of the linen. The stairs had carpet on them and the carpet was dirty. The dishes had obviously been cleaned in the dishwasher, but there was still food on the dishes!!!! The best part of the townhouse was the upstairs living room and kitchen area which would have been very inviting and homey had it been clean. So I guess the most that I can say is house cleaning really sucked. We were all afraid to step out on rugs in the bathrooms because they did not look clean at all. I don't know who is over housekeeping but my husband called him and he said that he checked behind housekeeping and everything was fine. I promise you I hate to trash the place because I don't like giving bad reviews if it is at least okay. But this was not okay. It was very poor housekeeping.

As this is the first we are hearing of any of this, all I can say is "Wow, I am shocked".
Coincidentally, we arrived immediately following your departure to begin additional renovations. Had we known any of this we would’ve been able to address it instantly. Fortunately, because we are still at here, as soon as we received this review we immediately called for a face to face meeting with our manager. He showed us the entire text conversation between you... GUEST: 7:56AM “I have questions about the supplies and cleanliness of the unit at 115 Turtle Walk- my number is **********-your name. PROPERTY MANAGER: 8:09AM (14 minutes) “What issues are there? I usually go behind cleaner but was on a guys trip do I need to handle something?” GUEST: 9:15 AM We have purchased whatever was not supplied here. Will email owner our complaints” PROPERTY MANAGER “What was not there?” GUEST: no response. PROPERTY MANAGER CALLS: No answer.... The first we are hearing is from this review. As you can see by others, we work hard to make sure our guests have an exceptional stay. But from time to time, as with anything, mistakes may occur. It seems, we dropped the ball and didn't meet your expectations, and for that we are sorry. I wish we had been given the opportunity to correct any issue that was “fixable”. Given the opportunity, we certainly could've provided access to the owners closet for any supply you felt you were lacking. Our standard set up is 2 towels, 1 face towel, and 1 wash cloth per anticipated guest. Our housekeeping is directed to make sure there is enough detergent, paper towels, toilet paper in all 5 bathrooms, and garbage bags for our guests arrival. It would be very difficult to stock these items for all guest’s entire visit, as usage would vary. We will consider switching to a refillable generic hand soap dispenser, rather than Bath and Body Works ones, as those aren't refillable. Although this has never been an issue before, as we always look to improve….we will update the emails we send our guests specifically communicating what household items to expect upon arrival.
As a continued effort to provide a topnotch visit, the carpet on the stairs has already been replaced as part of the latest round of renovations occurring this month. As we are here, we will personally go back and double check all inventory to make sure it is up to what we, and our guests expect. Again, we apologize for failing to meet your expectations. Best Regards,
Pam and Mike
We adored our 10-day stay on Cape San Blas. Our hosts were welcoming, prepared, and very responsive. The home was immaculate, in good repair, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. We specifically appreciated the bathroom towels - plenty were laid out for our use, and they were soft and fluffy. This may seem like a strange thing to mention, but that’s not always the case in rentals, so we were pleased. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals. The view from the top floor is gorgeous, and we also liked being able to see our kids in the pool. Additionally, we met our hosts’ son-in-law, who was delightful to chat with and had great recommendations for us. I’ve stayed on the Cape for years, but this was my favorite trip ever - much of it thanks to our beautiful beach townhome!
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and particularly it’s views both morning and evening being able to see both the bay and ocean. Everything was very clean and the amenities were plentiful. The only suggestion we might have is that some of the furniture could stand to be updated for comfort’s sake. However, we would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!
Beautiful!! Cape is so relaxing, sunsets are beautiful and beaches are so laid back. The townhouse was so nice, everything we needed was there and the elevator was a big plus!! Pam was great to work with, she let us come a day early, had great communication while worrying about which way hurricane was coming ( it ended up not even affecting us). Overall great experience, will definitely be returning!!
We loved our stay! Location was great. We loved the beach closet, the grill, the stocked kitchen. The bedrooms and all the bathrooms were perfect for a large family!
Had a wonderful time together at Cape San Blas. This home was clean, spacious and well stocked with all you need to have fun. Thank you for sharing your home with others. May God continue to bless you for your graciousness. The Smith Family
Excellent checking, condo had everything needed for beach, pool, cooking. Close restaurants and fish market. Perfect stay!

About the host
Hosted by Pam and Mike Tezak
Mike and I have been married 26 years and are the parents to two wonderful girls. We live in Northwest Indiana, about 40 minutes from Chicago. We want to invite people to our townhome on Cape San Blas to remind them of simpler times and create lasting memories.
Why they chose this property
I grew up going to Destin prior to all of the development, when it was a TINY fishing village. We had 1 grocery located 20 minutes away, one pizza parlor, and Skeeball City. The beaches were quiet and unpopulated. SeaCliffs reminded me of these times. It offered natural beauty, quick access to the gulf, a bay, or a pool, excellent views and plenty of space for extended families. Whether you want a day at the beach, hiking in the state park, to go scalloping, or to relax and enjoy nature the cape has it covered.
What makes this property unique
Cape San Blas allows you to slow down and appreciate all the natural beauty it has to offer. I remember the days of all of us packing into a one level condo in Destin. Although i loved spending time with the whole family, by the end of the week, I was always wishing for a little privacy. The layout of these townhomes offer the best of both worlds.
