This lovely home is decorated from top to bottom to make you feel like you are a million miles away from reality, and completely on vacation! An open floor plan makes your vacation flow with ease as you can be preparing an after beach snack, while tuning in on the card game going on on the back patio!

With three spacious bedrooms and two large bathrooms, there is more than enough space for all guests to spread out, get comfortable, and simply enjoy peace and quiet in serine environment! Beautiful house and we were very comfortable! Our favorite thing was starting our day on the patio watching wildlife and drinking coffee. The house was clean, spacious, and decor was charming. I loved that 2 of the 3 bedrooms had king beds. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our girls' trip at this lovely home. The location could not be beat. Just a very short drive over the Cortez bridge and we were at the beach! The neighborhood was very nice and the house had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a property in Bradenton.

Water pressure is very low in showers. Back door lock does not work well. Lovely house Clean TV remotes were very difficult - 3-4 remotes by TVs Needs to be simplified. No TV in 3rd bedroom

Incredible Stay

My family and I would highly recommend staying here. We would rate our stay a 10/10. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, beautiful and quiet neighborhood, spacious and just all around great! We arrived earlier than expected and we were able to check-in early, which was a blessing! We were close to pretty in proximity to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Communication with the property manager was easy and we received quick responses. We will definitely book staying here in the future.

Loved everything about this house. I have stayed in many houses in the Cortez area and this one is top of the list! The location to AMI and stores is great as well as the beautiful back porch to sit and gaze at the pond and the birds! Manager was attentive to any issue immediately for our comfort. Highly recommend!

Splendid getaway

A lovely quiet spot just minutes away from AMI. Even though the Blue Lagoon is so close to so many places, it feels secluded and is quite peaceful. The mini nature preserve behind the house is lovely. Perfect way to start your morning sitting in the screened in pool area sipping a cup of coffee watching the wildlife do their thing. The heated pool was an awesome way to relax after a nice day at the beach. The rental had everything you'd need to make your time in Florida as pleasant as possible. I would recommend the Villa Blue Lagoon to anyone looking for an awesome place to stay.

Beautiful house in lovely location

The house is beautifully presented and furnished with everything you could possibly need. All of the furniture is of a high standard and extremely comfortable. Really felt like a home away from home. The view from the lanai is lovely and we enjoyed many hours watching the turtles and birds on the lake. We were very sad to have to leave the property early due to hurricane Idalia.

Great home ans great location

The house is very clean and much like on pictures and very closed to beaches, outlets and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite calm. The communication with the management company was very fluid, we had a minor issue that has been managed during the day. The only regret is that the management company charged $100 for late check out We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home in a great location

This home is newly decorated, and everything is just perfect. The pool overlooking the pond was a huge bonus. Location is close to so many beaches, restaurants, and activities. Plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and beach items. I was disappointed that the rental company only provides three rolls of toilet paper for the entire home, and there wasn't even salt and pepper in the kitchen. That being said, I would stay at this home again and recommend it to anyone, especially families. Just be aware that you'll need to get everything at the grocery store.

Beautiful Florida Vacation Home

Heron’s watch home is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria island. The whole place made us feel at home; it looks just as pictured. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are very friendly. We enjoyed dining poolside and watching herons, turtles and even eagles outside. Pool is beautiful and our entire family enjoyed swimming and lounging by the pool. Entire home is immaculate and beautifully decorated! Parking in the garage is also a plus . Renting from Island Dreams realty is amazing - I will look for their listings next time as we’ve had a wonderful experience (this is our 2nd time renting from them). Don’t look any further and book this amazing vacation home before it’s too late!
